i think its not too late to buy bitcoin because base in past few years i think bitcoin is 20x now compare last 2013 value of bitcoin,i start this May only but the value of bitcoin is 40% high now,so i think its going so high after a more years

Actually, for some people who can't buy bitcoin in this price, they definitely late in bitcoin. We should accept it, Because last year bitcoin was under $1000, then also some people said to me, they couldn't buy bitcoin but now bitcoin price has growth more than 4%, so it is normally difficult to buy 1 bitcoin for a salary class people.
