LTC was the second major crypto to come out after BTC and even after a real bad few years, it is coming back to shape recently because of the development going on around it. Its definitely a good investment right now for the future.

For now, I say yes, the price rise comes up and has significant volume transaction. But litecoin will never become number one coin, bitcoin still the best.  Every coin has chance to increase their value but also becomes scam. We only can predict and follow trend, like this moment, litecoin is the best investment. Buy more litecoin & hold, sell it when the price higher. Good luck.

The market adoption is big enough, this is based on the rapid confirmation of transactions required much faster than bitcoin (average 2.5 minutes). Lite coin has the largest market of alt-coins

With all the features you listed here, it seems its just speculation that it will do well in the future and which is guaranteed by holding for a very long time but without considering that the increase that will happen in that longterm is not magic neither by default because people will need to see its usefulness before considering its use thereby boosting its price but unfortunately nothing is being done to promote that just speculations and counter speculations.

Agree with this. Litecoin volume has been excellent, especially relative to its market cap. They have a good roadmap, no infighting (ala BTC), and (for better or worse) a key respected person calling the shots and driving it forward. It is gaining popularity quickly in China and around Asia. No reason to expect it won't break into the $100 to $150 range before the end of 2017, barring any general crypto implosion.

Yes litecoin is one of the best investment in the market. Look on what happened when they tried to activate Segwit on this coin. And I guess this is the new bitcoin for Chinese miners. I regret that I sold some of my litecoin's before because I thought this is just a nuisance alt coin.
