Yes I am agree with you, Bitcoin is most popular cryptocurrency because it was mother of cryptocurrency or the first cryptocurrency ever made, and because it was already tested and proven.

I believe that they're popular mainly because well it was the first of all cryptocurrencies to be made. Honestly most of the other coins are scams and greedy ways that the developers make money. The only other coin I can think of that isn't a scam are dogecoins! What do you think?
Bitcoin is the most popular because it was first created by Satoshi. Bitcoin is the mother of all crypto currencies so that's why it has the highest volume and price as compared from altcoins. Also, many merchants have adapted Bitcoin as mode of payment like bills thru online that has no fee and hassle free. Many people have already became rich because of trading in Bitcoin so I just want to experience it as well. That's why we need to invest today and hold until we have reached the desired income. |

Bitcoin is the first created cryptocurrency and has been proven to be sustainable since then even after facing a lot of fud, bitcoin still exist. That's why people confidence with bitcoin rather than the other cryptocurrencies and also bitcoin itself already has a strong brand image. |

And People are treating it as a store of value, the equivalent of being digital gold that continues to grow in value instead of money (its original purpose).

Yes i agree that because bitcoin is the firs its the main reason why it is popular. but there are other factor why bitcoin is famous. its easy to use faster and reliable. but today i dont think the popularity of bitcoin is still remain because of lots of alternative coins are pumping from some where and has a potential to over run bitcoin in terms of popularity,. |

Social media always introduce and explain about bitcoin, not other coin. So, it makes bitcoin is popular that the other coins.

Bitcoin is the most popular crypto-currency because it is the oldest. It has built its reputation among people mind accross time, and I doubt any crypto-currency will ever achieve the same. Bitcoin will remain the biggest crypto-currency. Zirconium did not overpass diamonds, and I think it will be the same here, Bitcoin being the diamond and zitconium being altcoins.

I think because it is the first crypto currency being created that worked. It started 2009 and til now it exist and is definitely booming. The oldest crypto currency that sustained for how many years even if people are in doubt in investing on it but it survived and made a big bang!

For me bitcoin is the most popular cryptocurrency because it is the first cryptocurrency and bitcoin is running for many years that's why it's really popular and bitcoin is helping a lot of people to make many profit that's why it's popularity is very high. |

Bitcoin popular because they dominant on market cap. Bitcoin dominant now almost 42% and when you saw bitcoin dominant last year untill more than 65%. I think thats why bitcoin more popular that other beside bitcoin is pioneer on cryptocurrency
