It's hell breaking loose, they don't want anybody to dump it, clearly. They are doing like gox did back in the day, maybe next will be disabling zcash trading.

There's no real point in asking about this here. Just open a ticket on poloniex.

Poloniex is a complete shit show. Tickets are not being answered. They owe me coins for almost two months now. Don't ever trade there anymore. You've been warned.

Poloniex Zcash wallet has been off before for short whiles before.

The deposits come when they re-enable their wallet.

Deposits go to blockchain, always, wallet is just a means to use keys to have your coins.

That's common knowledge.
However, when a deposit which is logged on the blockchain does not appear in their wallet - and nobody answers any ticket at Poloniex - you're fukked.

It happened to me once, took few hours to appear on poloniex and was on blockchain for 2 days or so. I opened a ticket and they answered my ticket after 72 days, yes i counted. Something must have happened, it fixed on its own, imagine if I waited for support, 72 days. I never lost anything on poloniex.

I'm currently at 19 days on a ticket for missing ETC deposits (on the blockchain, but haven't hit Poloniex). No response, no resolution. Frustrating.

To be honest i am still kinda surprised that Polo is still alive - but that is how it is with dinosaurs- they are falling slowly Smiley
I've been one of the ppl affected by the no2fa-hack with some weird successful login in the night.
If only half of what can be read is true, 2fa won't save customers from all the stuff that goes on.

i don't know about this because i am not trading or making deposits and withdraws zcash. maybe its because there is any maintenance with the coins so they need to disable the wallet. but i think its normal if they disable while they fix the wallet and we can hope that there is no other problem with the wallet or with the coin.

This is unbelievable.

When I first made the transfer a few days back, there was no mention of the wallet being down (certainly not when clicking on [balances] / [deposits & withdrawals] to get the deposit address.

Now almost all of my crypto is tied up with these jokers.

I wouldn't even mind.. if they just had the decency to answer my support ticket and assure me I would see my Zcash again once the wallet is up.

my ticket sent on April just got answered last week! they seems to have loads of backlog. best part is it was not given me the answer completely so if i ask further question, guess have to wait for another 3 months!

Just have to set expectation to use Poloniex. Not sure other exchanges have similar issue. it is just demand  more than they can support now. I have my DAO wallet question still not answered so I am stuck with some DAO there too...

Polo has been down for us for 3 days.
Have a lot of coin (Zcash) sitting in limbo waiting for them to get their poop in order.
Created a ticket and got an automated incomplete response, i.e. they had no clue when their Zcash wallet was going to be functional.
Currently mining to our own wallet accumulating coin.

I need recommendations for other exchanges to trade Zcash to BTC.

I smell a Mt. Gox coming

Thanks in advance.
