The simple answer is: They don't.

When you provide a collateral, you WANT to get that object back in the future. Eg. If I have 1000ETH, I wouldn't sell it if I think it would rise in the future. I can use it as a collateral if I want it back soon. If I have a $1000 watch, I'll prefer to give it as a collateral because it has sentimental value to me.

The answer is..they dont have money,so that why they request....

I didn't have money and I got a loan.
Only thing, I sent a casascius coin to escrow, and only then I got the loan.
I don't want to sell my casascius, and I need money, so I escrowed the casascius to get the loan.

If I default, the lender gets my collateral. If I repay, I get my coin back. Simple.

Here it's not a bank.
We must have guarantees that you will repay what you owe.
Nobody from the forum will come to your doorstep to seize your furnitures if you default...

This is why a collateral is necessary.
If you take the BTC and go away, and never repay, the lender will sell the collateral to get his money back.

If you have some altcoins and don't want to sell because you think it'll go up in value, use them as collateral for your loan.
You will get your collateral back when the loan is fully repaid.

It's up to you to decide if doing so suits you.

Ok...I share to you guys...Im dont have money,i dont have job..im a student so i need so much money..i search for part-time but it not profitable so i dicided to start bitcoin mining but.i dont have money to join mining...you guys think its easy to life like this...so hard,i request a loan and got rejected.....thats make me like no life..

How do you plan to repay the loan then ?
If you are discovering bitcoin mining only now, what makes you think that you'll be able to repay 100% of the loan within the timeframe ?
What if you make a mistake ? What if the mining equipment never arrives to you ? What if it runs for only one week and then gets broken ? How will you repay the loan ?

Without collateral, there is too much risk here. Blowing BTC away on dice games is less dangerous and might be more profitable.

i used them o.k returns not as thought but difficulty has risen, i lot shout scam, but a lot shout scam about everything. i wouldn't borrow money to mine though, if you have enough money build your own rig, if not maybe buy a few hash. i have a portfolio of different things to cover all bases, i bough a 100m/h dash contract and 7 m/h ethereum mining as well.
