Why is the amount of sold tokens not updating in the website?

how much bonus an investor will get if he will invest during phase 1?

2000 Tokens from the base rate, or 1000 Tokens  from the standar phase.

is this means that the token sale has phases right, so its good to say that this phases have not the same bonus structure? im a correct?

Yes, the bonus structure is different from phase to phase before investing into ICO better go through the Bonus because some might confuse about how long the bonus structure is going to be.

For me was interesting deflation of OPT. In white paper i find that tokens will be burned if someone propose a request to the Opus network like spam protection. Also after voting unused funds will be burnt each month. My question is how will be determined price of winning proposals?

What if the total number of tokens sold will be, let's say, around 35M? Following current rules, in such case we will have the allocation "15M bounty, 35M crowdsale, 600M devs, 100M devs again ("ecosystem")" -- so, 50M for community, 700M for devs, or like 93% of total distribution goes to devs. Is my understanding correct?

i think its will not go that way.. in the end of ico the unsold tokens should be burn
and other should be the supply n total
if its true that you said then this coin will be at 1 sat in one month because dev can't hold that amount of coin for a long time
its in the blood of devs

I believe it will be much more fair it if extend with 72 hours at least the Standard Phase. As nobody will want to make transaction after 31st of July until they get confirmation that everything is OK.

There is a even forum news in the top-left corner: BIP91 seems stable: there's probably only slightly increased risk of confirmations disappearing. You should still prepare for Aug 1 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2017191.0).

2. Do not send transactions or trust received transactions starting 12 hours before Aug 1 at midnight UTC, and continue this until you hear the "all clear" from several trustworthy sources. For example, I will post a forum news item if everything is OK, or if everything is not OK and action is required.

All the dates are already encoded within the smart contract. (Block number)
The dates are tentative because the block times fluctuates but cannot be changed by the Opus team.

According to current rules, it will go exactly that way. Unsold tokes of crowdsale will be burnt, leaving us with <amount sold on crowdsale>M + 15M bounty + 600M devs + 100M ecosystem. Looks like devs will have 70 to 90% of all tokens, almost for sure. It opens wide possibilities for manipulation, look at Dash - at some point, about 90% of all Dash tokens were in hands of one group (Evan & friends ), they manipulated market and pumped the price very, very high.
Opus devs could do the same. Would be very interesting to watch.

let me copy our previous response regarding the same type of accusation:

"Sorry to say this, but to call Voise VSM a decentralized music sharing platform is completely incorrect; They store everything on their central server.

1.Voise raised their money with no product.
Opus is 3 steps ahead. We raised a round of VC funding this January, and now we have a working beta and a demonstrable product.

2. Voise, Is simply a coin that can only be used on their website. That's it. It's basically bitcoin with a different name.
Opus is an entire music sharing infrastructure. We use IPFS and Ethereum such that all songs and metadata data are stored decentrally and rapidly on the IPFS swarm and Ethereum.
We are also going to release APIs for third party player developers to create their own Opus players, ensuring decentralize in every aspect of the stack.
