After discussions, the team has changed the amount of bounties from a fixed amount to 5%. It's because it was too high for non-bounty participants.

However, if we reach the cap, the amount of the bounties will be higher than before this change.

I don't agree with you. ICO will end 19 August, there's plenty of time for investors to decide. By the time Ethereum price is going down, which is good because investors can spend less $ and buy more tokens from OPUS. We know what happened to ICO's when Ether price was 0.14 BTC. All new projects are below ICO price now. OPUS will not be affected from that.

You've cut bounty pool from fixed 15M to dynamic 5% of crowdsale, BUT at the same time you are keeping your fixed 700 (600+100) million tokens to yourself (foundation + ecosystem), right? Considering crowdsale performance til now, we are clearly looking at 90 to 96% tokens going to developers! Are you kidding, guys? Better make your tokens share in percentage too, OR cap it as, maybe, "50% of sold amount", but in no way can you leave it as it is, or this is going to be a disaster.
96% tokens in devs' hands is good for price manipulation, but very-very bad for community attitude.
