So if Electrum alright with all kinds of forks, so how to get all kinds of BTC forks under control and sell all forks then?

Hold your coins until the dust settles. If there is a fork and one coin doesn't die, then exchanges will start to list one of them as an altcoin, like with ETH and ETC.

i am now downloading a bootstrap.dat file in order to sync up my fresh Bitcoin-Qt installation with the network.

If electrum is in the list of the "safe" wallets, how is it safe since it might be using the "wrong" blockchain after the possible split? Or is it just because it lets me extract the private keys and therefore i am able to use them in any type of wallet i want anyway?

Electrum has said they will support all forks if forks happen.

However that doesn't really matter. You must own the private key of your BTC, that's what matters.

If a fork happens and survives, you will look at the wallet situation at that moment, and use the right one.

Whatever wallet you're using now will have to be upgraded anyway.

Although you should technically be able to get your keys from all of them, some of them might require a third-party tool, and I wanted to indicate those with italics. But I only briefly searched through their source code. Can someone who actually uses them confirm that there is a backup/export option for Electrum on mobile, Mycelium, Copay, Bitcoin Wallet for Android, breadwallet, ArcBit on desktop, and Bither on desktop; and that there is not a backup/export option for Bither on mobile, ArcBit on mobile, and coin.space?

although it can export the private keys.

Is this wallet also OK or is there any particular reason why it should not be used

I only listed wallets that made it through the bitcoin.org wallet review process. Other wallets might or might not be OK, though I wouldn't recommend other wallets to people just starting out, at least. If you can export your private keys, then it should be OK from the perspective of the Aug 1 thing, though I don't know anything about its safety in other areas.

If you like me and you cannot download the bitcoin desktop wallet, can you use the private keys( from a paper wallet or blockchain.info) to get both cryptos from both chains in the event of a chain split?
what about the android wallet of bitcoin?

Probably not. MultiBit HD does not allow you to choose which nodes you are connected to so you won't be able to choose which chain you want to use and transact on. It does not provide the (slightly) advanced functionality required to split your coins either.

As long as you have the private keys wouldn't you be able to import that to another wallet post split?

I can`t understand, why the devs make *shitty 1MB* Why they did`t set it about 2MB or maybe 20MB? What are they target?

Easy!  Would have had to be used a lot more storage space from the beginning, It would mean for example twice the size of what is now the BTC´s blockchain just talking about would have been 2MB block size from of start, which would be a waste. A greater capacity like 20MB in what to you  mention would lead to a rapid centralization probably,  Without to mention other technical problems.
