To summarize your questions, BankEx has raised $8 million USD in soft and hard commitments as part of its private presale which was launched on October 5. Expected to raise 65,000 (soft cap) to 130,000 ETH (hard cap). The minimum target has been reached.

The pre sale is still going on. The pre sale bonus is 888 BKX for a minimum contribution of 500 ETH. Smaller investors are welcomed for as low as 100 ETH but there is a lower bonus. You will only get 625 BKX for 100 ETH.
