Great question and I think I can help answer it. The presale is only open to accredited investors and requires KYC to be completed and verified. The time in between sale dates allows the team enough time to perform all of the necessary checks.

If that is the purpose, then why be in the crypto world to begin with and not just stay in the main stream commerce and use a live ledger concept for that, rather than go against the purpose of these to start with.
