In a way i also think that saying that the token is ment to have more internal than external value is kind a double standard statement. I wonder how bankex would have felt if after the ico the external value of btc and eth they collected would have gone to 1/20th of the time of the ico and the only comment would be they still have internal value...

You are not wrong, but those are different things. The funds collected from the ICO are meant to fund the project. Those funds are not utilities meant to do a perform on a platform like BKX, instead they were funds collected to support development.
