Hello! I can't really say why the prices are different, but it'll likely be because of liquidity available on each exchange

I know it, but here something extra that I believe. If you think about the liquidity that people easily can buy form hotbit or bittrex and can sell them into Simex easily. which is arbitrage. I hope someone knows about it and he would clear it here.
However, the price of BKX coin is low today. It would be good to buy some BKX right now. I am going to place some buy order

You will do two good good by doing so first getting profit while helping market to get some volume as well. There is nothing wrong as exchanges are independent and own price mechanism based on volume and users.
