Dont do it buddy, hes just trying to make some referals here since he would definitely earn some bucks when you already got verified on your account. Dont easily fall on this kind of stuffs and better to read previous feedbacks before tending to jump in because most people on this crypto/online world will only use you for the sake of earning money for themselves. To op, your date of transaction is too old and its not the latest if we are talking the current btc rate.

From his method in 'google doc' i can say he's trying to collect people data such as passport,email and etc.he might be trying to get refferals or most likely he created a new company (if you guys ever encounter a travel company which is seeking for costumer data such as passport,etc) for their marketing.after you finish it,they will send you a lot of message via email.i knew it because i have an experience in this cases.not only once but many times (feels like a dummy fall for same trick )

If you guys read it,i prefer to avoid this kind of services in the future.because it was to good to be true and in fact we already know about it but because our greed for money we're always fall for this kind  of tricks.

that amount of bitcoin would not be enough to exploit our identity inside the web, documents which needed are very confidential and not be shared in simple reason that it can be used against us or it can be use on some illegal tricks, even if OP have an intention to just get some ref but this identity

On the face of it, "Giveaway 0.02btc ($30.36)" looks good, but the true is, that this is price of our safety.
If you do not care about safety, then go on.. but remember that somwhere there, someone will have all your data, and he will be able to do with it wathewer he wants. So don't be surprised if someday you will receive post with information about debts, or illegal activity.

There is no mention about this offer/campaign within their site ? Or Am I missing it ? I checked they are running two campaigns right now here : https://coincheck.com/campaigns/signup but none of them is related to the one you are referring.

I found the announcement topic for this exchange but also found a complaint about withdrawal problem here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1737219.0 (no update on problem solved or not).
