I'm still kinda hesitant to this coin because of the name hehe but I gotta try this. let us just hope for the best. No one really knows when or will be a coin go to boom. I agree to Zorky, most people just want free coins then they are done.
What is wrong with the name? I think it is unique and kinda cool!! Sucks for the folks that didn't get in on the signature airdrop campaign.  |

there are a lot altcoin with shittynames but that doesn't count (my opinion) if the are useful and people trade it. add to this that the onion browser is a well recognized software to navigate in the tor network

The name is really the least important aspect of any coin. Unless it's called something crazy and offensive, it doesn't really matter. People get used to things easily. Dogecoin did really well with one of the worst coin names I can think of. Well, there have been a lot of bad ones. "JockerCoin" leaps to mind. You'd think they'd spellcheck the name of their coin, haha. Or AndroidsToken. Or Coinye, lol. I still have a Coinye wallet backed up somewhere. But yeah, super positive community, unlike some I could mention. Once they hit a few more markets I think the screaming FUD will stop, (maybe), and the coin will really start to shine. |

I think the name deeponion is pretty cool idk why you guys are hating on it a deeponion is hidden under the ground as it grows only coming up when it is harvested (sold) so I think it is a pretty well thought out name and serves its purpose...

I think they changed the rules. Heard that the new minimum is member rank, when registrations open again. You will have to register on the official DeepOnion forums too so they can screen you. |

Yeah sign up will be for members and above only going forward looking at official forum threads, however any Jr's who had already signed up are fine, but with the posting limits, they will only be JR members for another week or two before they get promoted up to member rank anyway.
This is a clever move, as it means going forward, they can again increase the rankings to Full member, so the weight behind the signature campaign for new people joining the forums increases.
I tend to look more at peoples sigs who are Hero+ than those who are Newbie/Jr

Define free, dude. DeepOnion is not a free airdrop. Well, if you want to call it free airdrop, you have no other choice but to change the meaning of free. DeepOnion is requiring those who want to take part to wear their signature and post a certain number of posts in a week. |
