I am not so convinced, it seems like it is a sinking ship right now. They had a lot of updates towards end of last year and early this year, but not much happening lately. If that changes they have a shot, if not then they are doomed I say.

Nova is up already and you are able to register again, however I think you are very right. If Deep Onion would to be added to a new exchange they would probably gain a lot of momemtum.

as i know being listed in big exchange need very high effort.
project need to have big supporter behind it and also they should pay big amount to get listed. its not that easy to get listed but if its listed then no doubt the price will to the moon.

They can get listed for free to binance if they win the coin of the month voting.. Like Zilliqa did this month

I agree, being listed to one of the biggest exchanges has a huge impact on the volume of Onion. But of course they also need huge support from whales because they are the ones responsible of the demand then volume would skyrocket once they are listed on a certain exchange. But that's one step too if they are listed on Nova.

both of these are common knowledge and you can read about it in the first few pages of their ANN thread. I can't prove the account wasn't hacked like he says, but think about it a little: bitcointalk staff "refused" to help and the "hacker" didn't even bother to use the account to make a single post. And conveniently he gets rid of the -16 trust he had in the process. You need to be a bit naive to believe all this.

The dev team at Onion are working hard on this project, and I think once they have developed the coin a bit more they will be pushing for the bigger exchanges. Get the product right, build up your community, and then take it to the masses
