I need these features:
* decentralized of course
* can create prediction on any reasonable event/topic
* can expect resolution to be accurate and fair
* can access easily, preferably have a web version.

Im only aware of augur and I think there was some other ETH ICO stuff that was supposed to do the same. Is any of them working at all? I don't believe any of these work. All of these magic prediction technologies seem not accurate to me. It's like that Cliff High bot thing. Who believes that shit?

There are a whole bunch, like https://www.predictit.org/ for politics, http://predictwise.com/, https://www.predictious.com/ (using Bitcoins), etc.

i have recently found out about this so my information is not complete.
but you may want to check out Byteball. the official wallet can be used as a light wallet and in that there is a part where you can make bets (predicting stuff). and i think it uses smart contracts on its platform to do this completely decentralized and impossible to back out of.

I only see Bittrex for wing coins and Ark, I think both coins are very good and really work right now, but I only see them in Bittrex and I have not seen a second coin in another market.

Yes there are some prediction websites but I don't whether they are decentralized or not. It would be good if something like that exist.

That seems to be what Wings.ai will do, but they're still in Pre-Beta. They have a few test cases, but not yet fully functional.
