I think ethereum is better because it caught the trust of the people attention. Ethereum has many investors eventhough its price decreases. Ethereum can be better in near future.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Does any one thinks that Ethereum can survive with the rising of Waves? I've heard that "Waves will be the next Ethereum"
We all know that in crypto world everything is possible so maybe waves can be the next ethereum or maybe waves can be one of a shitcoin. We never know.

Wave can never be compared with ethereum even in future to come, we cant just compared the percentage of tokens created under eth platform to that of waves... I will only compared ALTCOINS like neo to eth rather that comparing waves..

Ethereum has more community support than Waves, more investors. I don’t think they can be compared. Ethereum sits very tightly in its niche, and Waves won't be able to compete with their platform which has so many functions and was there first.

waves is just the opposite to ETH probably. What they do is develop Bitcoin scripting, do everything using contracts, it’s very basic but makes unquestionable things very complicated.

I will go for ethereum over waves if am to pick between the two as ethereum has proved to be a very stable and good promising coin in the cryptocurrency market. Though it is attributed to its epitlistic rise and fall but going by the history, it has also proved that it can rise against all odds. Though I don't know much about waves but I think ethereum has been in the market long enough to gain my trust.

Waves is just the opposite to ETH probably. What they do is develop Bitcoin scripting, do everything using contracts, it’s very fundamental but makes certain things very complicated. Waves took another road, where things are simpler, very easy to add all functionality you need using plug-ins, don’t have to code complicated contracts. Also waves focus is on mass adoption, specifically target two markets : fiat transfers on blockchain and crowdfunding on blockchain. They are very ripe for disruption, and waves will be offering a product for a very general audience, basically the main end-user client is just a plugin you can install from Chrome or FF store.

In my opinion, Ethereum is way ahead than waves. I like ethereum, there are so many markets for ether. I dont think we can sell waves tokens at any where apart from the built on exchange wich I dont like. But its just my liking.

Anything is possible in this new crypto market, but I don't think Ethereum will be beaten by Waves: first, it has bigger potential, then, its price will keep increasing, third, it has investors trust, and it will be always two steps ahead of Waves.

The potential of the ETH and the different Waves, the platform is also different. Everyone will know to Waves as well as the ETH first appeared on the market, the Waves being popular and developed. All Altcoin have a price, if not grow it will be eliminated from the market.

My position  regarding Waves oftentimes results the place elected for quite a few unreliable token launches as a result of the cheap tokens generation.

My position  regarding Waves oftentimes results the place elected for quite a few unreliable token launches as a result of the cheap tokens generation.

That is true, but that is also one of the main feature of Waves Platfom, easy and cheap token creation.
They are trying to prevent spamming lately.

No matter how hard waves try to compete with ethereum, ethereum will always be a step ahead.theres no way that waves can overthrow ethereum. Ethereum is really a great coin and it's far better than waves.

I don't think waves will ever beat Ethereum in this crypto space. Ethereum smart contract is one its kind as well as its blockchain. Ethereum is currently on the phase one of thier Sharding network algorithm, this is a step to ensure scalablilty of the blockchain. Ethereum is just getting started.

Waves is far from the next Ethereum. Even NEO is not close to be the next Ethereum. Check out the documentation of these projects, and you will find that how unmature these projects are. Waves is a good project but.etherum is better and has more demand than waves

The ethereum is the most popular and the most valuable altcoin now in the crypto market. And this is an enough reason to say that the ethereum is more better in many aspects than waves.

Time will judge which is better. To date, the Ether is very popular. But this is like programming languages. To each his own)))
