For example IUNGO is a good coin which has a good team and amazing projects but its 3x less than ICO price.  WHen BTC price dropped  to 6k most of the new coins and tokens dropped even under ICO price

Yeah of course, put your money into an ICo project is one of the best options right now. But I strongly advise you to be careful when you choose an ICo projects, if you're not careful while reading their whitepaper and also the roadmap, you may lose your money. But if you choose the right ICo, you will get rich quickly.

Investing always follows the corollary of high risk yields high reward.  Most of the time you will not be able to get a great project below the price the coin/token ICO's for, almost never.  Of course this is going to give the highest amount of potential gains, but is also the riskiest time to invest.  I do think that if you do good enough research and there is a working product for the project that this is the best way to invest.  But you need to do your own very thorough research as the ICO phase is the riskiest phase to invest in.

I'm just not happy about missing the opportunity to cash in on tokens that went below the ico price. Iungo raised $45M, The current marketcap is around $12M which is terrible. Btw, I've bought more and joined their hodl community. Everyday isn't always a good day for icos. Some go sideways.

Yes, but make sure you are investing to a legit ICO. Make sure they can provide a legal documents about the business they are building.
If you have a stocks in ICO, there's a passive income that waits on you. It is better to invest in ICO than to the onpal that scattered everywhere which is scam in the end.
