Icos is a cool way to multiply your inveatments, true but the problem I have with icos is it has too many uncertainties around it.
Sometimes it could be scam, sometimes icos are delayed , sometimes they don't follow their timelines on the roadmaps.

It depends on the project but the CAP should show they care about ICO investors. Open ICO's should be attacked and abandoned by the community.
