Banks are not afraid of crypto currency, they are afraid of not controlling the winning cryptocurrency. It is no problem for multimillion company to create a blockchain.
I think banks do not fear cryptocurrency because until now not all people are know cryptocurrency and until now not all people are supporting cryptocurrency so the banks should not worried and for me even in the future banks is we will remain in this worls and cryptocurrency is we will be more stronger.

Yesterday the Central Bank of Albania issued a warning about the uncertain and unsafe nature  of cryptocurrencies
They called on people not to get involved. Should we be afraid or the banks are!

Yes it is very obvious that Central banks are being threatened by the different cryptocurrencies. Why? Because cryptocurrency is the modern place to invest, store, hold our money. We trade here similar to how we trade dollars and fiat. These activities are very similar to some functions of the bank. These currency is what the bank do not get control over. So they get intimidated or fear that one day this will become so big and suddenly is now their lefit competitor.

Banks are really afraid of crypto-currencies because it takes from bank employees their clients and profits. However, it is wrong to argue that the crypto currency will destroy banks. Banks will always be needed by the state to implement plans to develop the country's economy. In addition, the main work of banks - monetary policy will always be needed by any society. Therefore, banks will always exist and in any case they will have to coexist peacefully with the crypto currency.

No, they don't but they can't control it yet so they are banning it for now. They will have the chance to control it with the Lighting Network tho, research this matter.

Banks shouldn't be afraid of Crypto...  those who are afraid and will try to resist would be big time losers.  I think they should embrace the technology....    every decision should be based on what is best for the Clients and public instead of what is best for themselves.

But as per average in any market 70-80% players are conservatives and do not want change... 10-20% will go for the change and 5% will be rebellious....

Let see how the future unfolds itself......

Right now, banks are afraid of this concept because of certain things. First, this how somewhat ruined the concept of banking itself. Instead of us saving our money on bnks, we can just keep it online. But eventually they would find a way to make their when into this. And also, since its new, they still dont have enough security to protect money and investments online. But surelyy they will

I think even banks will say that crypto doesn’t have a stable price and have a lot of risks to use. Banks are still going to be afraid to cryptocurrency because it is not good if people patronized crypto  Banks will lose their business, they would not get profit because they will not get huge investment coming in, And they won’t get any transaction fees from customers.

Yes, banks are afraid, as interest in crypto-currencies increases and their services can be used less often, and they come up with not always truthful information about crypto-currencies. They are afraid because they can not control it.

I think not because they have their own market, unless the lifestyle of everyone has moved to Digital Everything And want all the simple things, the banks have to start wary

I think yes. Because Bitcoin is their direct competition. More people use or invest in Bitcoins less money banks can make on fees.

For some reason, yes, as we all know bitcoin has all the potential of replacing banks since it makes life more convenient leading to the attraction of more people on it. Maybe somewhere in the future, it would dominate banks making it to the top and being more popular than ever. For now, bitcoin and banks has something to do with each other that's why they are in good terms and they benefit on each other.

Big Banks want to destroy Bitcoin before it destroys them.

Bitcoin, the “people’s currency,” has the potential to become a new currency, free of the control of big governments and big banks.

Banks are shaking from the hate, because crypto is expanding on their territory, and is strong where they are weak.
Banks will scaremonger until they adopt the blockchain themselves.

In my own point of view,  yes.  The commercial banks here in the whole world are threatened in the success which the companu of bitcoin have;
becuase they can be replaced in the industry in future if they do nothing about it.

the banks are afraid since people now store their money with cryptocurrency which they have control over at all times. banks normally use people's money stored with them to trade and do other things but the story is gradually changing as people now store their money in cryptocurrency making banks scared

Currently, as far as I know, the cryptocurrency user are depending on the banks.
Without banks, we can not use global transfer money through cryptocurrency, because most of our activities still using fiat to payment instead of cryptocurrency.
I think this is the reason some countries still consider to accept cryptocurrency for payment.

I think yes, Banks are concerned that the development of cryptocurrency will affect the interests of Banks. If people choose to invest their money in cryptographic currencies, the amount of money flowing into the Banks will be less, damaging the Banks' interests.

I think this kind of thing is just an attraction .. many banks in different countries are issuing such appeal but the development of digital money remains fast ...
so do not think too much about it, do the thing you want to do ... do not let the problem get in your way

I do not think so, bitcoin is virtual currency, it is an anonymous. Banks do not want the people of their country to use a virtual currency without a clear and uncertain investment.
