Can i trust etherdelta with my Private keys ?
Be careful!. giving or sending your privates keys to other person or entity except My Etherwallet is dangerous. Its like giving your wallet to them.

Never share your private key with such websites. You don't know what will happen to these websites in future ( even now they are safe) You must be the only person that know your private key and you must be the only person who can control your coins.
Yes I am satisfy with the reply. Ether delta is safe with private key. I would like to add one thing for safety* always use private browsing* because google do not record history in private browsing. Be safe.

Yes you can but I am not using because am having most of holding in mytherwallet having private key . I am creating wallet I etherdelta for transacting but I end upto pay two transaction fees while transferring from my original wallet to etherdelta private key holding wallet and again I am paying for transaction fees to trading account. It’s beeter to use private key holding wallet if your having limited holding in your wallet.

Etherdelta is decentralized exchange you can try to import your account anytime and you can try to erase your data too anytime. As long as the fact that about the possibility of the hacked case and that depends on your act.

You should always use temporal wallets for trading. Never import your main wallet private key! Or you can say bye to your money.

I agree. Of course you need to pay a little bit more for the gas but I think this is worth it. The security comes first.

Hello,
I wanted to try etherdelta to trade my tokens.

I've using etherdelta and everything is well. Etherdelta is Dex exchange we do not really worry about it as long as you can save your private key on safe place and not using on other site. Also do not store your money for long time on that wallet.

First you should never trust anyone with your own private keys , Now about Etherdelta I am trading on it for some time now I only do so on tokens that not listed on any exchange yet , To be safe there make a brand new address and only transfer to it some ether ( for fees) and after that transfer to it only the tokens that you want to sell , Or use it to buy and move your tokens from it to you main address . Never keep tokens or big amount of Eth on it you do not know what might happen , Better safe than sorry

I've successfully made a few trades on etherdelta. It's clunky but it worked. And I successfully withdrew my profits to different wallet.

Yes, you can trust Ether delta, however be always cautious. I have a wallet I specific wallet I use just for etherdelta. It is always almost empty, I transfer coins into it only when I'm going to use it. I suggest you use a similar strategy so that should your keys get compromised, then you don't lose everything. You lose the few you wanted to change.

Before I am using etherdelta, but now never using it. Because I remembered that I read some of the forum members here gave an advice that if there is an exchange asking your ethereum address and private key you not get inside to that platform. Instead, go with the platform who is not asking private key before you can make a trade.

you can trust etherdelta but personally i don't want to trade in that site because its too confusing to do trading in there. last time i am doing trade in etherdelta is when i transfer my fyn to that site from mew and when its landing into my account, i am having difficulties to trade. i am trying to sell it into fyn market but i can't find how to do it. after that, i asked my friends about my problem but it seems he is confuse too like me. so if you want to trade in etherdelta, i hope you know what you're doing because i don't want you to have the same experience like me.

Etherdelta is safe and is good for trading the brand-new ERC20 tokens. You can safely input your private key and wallet address there and also don't forget to logout after trading to be safe.

Honestly etherdelta is easy for use to trade with it, but some people don't know about how it works and there is no simple step that has made to be a guide to use etherdelta exchange site in my opinion.

Etherdelta does not store your Private keys on their server but it is just for depositing funds in their ED wallet. When you log in to ED with your Private keys then still you cant trade there until you transfer your balance to ED wallet. Transferring may be risky as if ED wallet is down you cannot withdraw or id ED goes rough you can't do anything in spite of having your private keys because your funds are never in your wallet till you are trading on ED.
