Can i trust EtherDelta with my Private Keys ?

Better have a temporary or separate account for EtherDelta and when you want to trade first transfer funds to the temporary account and then transfer to your account. That's how I trade at EtherDelta, it may cost some extra fee but better to remain safe.

Etherdelta seems legit but after the hack incident many will think of it,is it really safe?

To be safe I have always had a separate account for EtherDelta. It just never felt right using my main account. Pay a little in fees but barely anything compared to knowing my main account is secure.
Hopefully they will fix the problems and improve their security for the future.

I think that Etherdelta can trust your personal keys. I watched a lot of videos on YouTube in accordance with the instructions for working with this exchange and read many reviews, but there was no mention of any danger.

I wouldn't trust anything/anyone with my private keys. I'd recommend making a new address which you temporarly use for trading on Etherdelta. It's safer this way.

Recent hack showed that you should not trust EtherDelta with your Private Keys In a matter of fact you should not trust anybody with your private keys! You are your own bank, and in your best interest is not to compromise the one thing which makes you the owner of your funds - it is private key. With so many scams, hacking attacks and phishing sites you need to be extra careful. That is why you should make yourself new wallet with MetaMask and use this one for interaction with EtherDelta. Additionally, keep on it only limited amout of funds!

Unfortunately I was one of the victims of the recent hacking in EtherDelta and I have learned through that bitter experience the importance of protecting my private keys with all possible zeal. Nope, I suggest you use metamask rather than using your private key directly. It's the only safe way right now. Etherdelta become shitty DEX now, but unfortunately, many peoples still rely on it.

some say etherdelta is a decentralized exchange, and i think you can trust this exchange but ill still recommend you to be cautious still. its just a protection that relates to the word "just in case". because you might never know. when using etherdelta, i have my new account on it and do not import my acc just to make sure. though its a hassle that you have additional transaction fees.

Yes , for the past years they have been keeping my account safe . Tho they have been hacked for a few time last year , i didnt have any issue regarding my account and funds . But as of now , I moved my tokens and funds to another wallet since EtherDelta have been inactive on their exchange , Twitter / Token listings after they launched their very own shit coin . I sucks actually becuase they have been my only exchange and now its slowly losing marketcap due to not listing other tokens .

So yeah , be wary in putting your PK in EtherDelta . The shitcoin may be their exit scam . Be warned , tho this is just my opinion . Do your own research guys .

You can have a separate wallet for trading on etherdelta. And then no problem of hacking or anything with your main wallet, that's simple.

I would say that I trade in etherdelta because i have no choice. The token (ico) are exchanged here. For now I don't have problem. But I prefer to be careful. I use my "mini wallet'. I use my bookmark to go to etherdelta to avoid the eventual phishing website.
But for people who be hacked, how can we know if it’s because of Etherdelta or because of a another reason ?
And as someone said never give your private key if you receive an email from « etherdelta ». They never ask you something by email because they don’t have your email.

It's more secure to wait until your tokens will trade on exchanges, but if you need it now, so you can use EtherDelta, It is safety
But if you are not sure - try to make at first less amount and from wallet different from yours (in case you are so paranoid ), but everything will be okey)

you do not have to worry about any exchanger as long as you do not disclose your private key anymore because that's all your earning income depends on your private key. Many say that your account can be hacked when your exchanger is on etherdelta I think this is a fake news because they can not hack your account if they do not know your private key

You can trust etherdelta on your private keys when you know that your computer isn't infected by viruses and worms because if it does then hackers and Hijackers could take your keys and they could access your Crypto Assets without your permission.
It's better safe than sorry and regrets.
It's better to not bind your keys to any browsers and you only do it when you are sure that you're going to trade right at that very moment.
