EtherDelta is a trusted trading website and i guess it is safe to keep your private keys there because if etherdelta is not safe, then a lot of users should have already reported it. EtherDelta is a fair trading website which is easy to understand and learn. My tokens are still on etherdelta and i believe it is still safe to keep it there.

Etherdelta is a smart contract, and your private keys are never sent to the contract... just a signature that is created client-side with your keys that are stored in Meta Mask. Assuming the smart contract doesn't have any bugs, then your tokens are probably safe,

At first I was a bit scared by this exchange, but I started to use it and it seems like it's secure. The only drawback I see is long time waiting to see each of orders appear. Sometimes, it doesn't appear and you don't really know why.
As we're always never careful, I use a dedicaced private key for the exchange anyway, and I use the public key to register on all airdrops, to get my coins directly on Etherdelta.
As this, the private key where I store most of my value is secured.

And it is running on smart contract so we don't actually need to worry. I used it when exchanging, and from that, based on my observation it is really safe. But I think it is still safe even if we don't delete are imported private key on etherdelta. And if you are using metamask, be sure to always log out when going on any sites.

Most exchanges are safe and secure, remember to never share you private keys codes to anyone and always back them up to a personal drive.

I used it a lot of time to sell my shitcoins and in my opinion it works really well, the exchange is decentralized so it is pretty safe but my problem with Ether Delta is that it's super slow

Yes, Etherdelta doesn't hold your keys, never. It uses a cookie in your browser that's why every time you pop up your browser ot automatically open your previous wallet account. Unlike commercial Cryptocurrency exchange sites, you're going to entrust your keys and they promise you secure and safe access except only the owner.

Etherdelta is quite slower than commercial Cryptocurrencies but everyone is using it. What choice do we have for a decentralized exchange that only require a little gas as transaction fee to reward the developers who volunteered.

Yes, you can trust Etherdelta.. but remember dont trust it 100%. I wonder why ED so slow responding the payment. Is their server busy?
Everyone is using Etherdelta and the traffic maybe causes it to slow down. As the number of ERC20 tokens coming in plus the number of users and transactions per seconds and per minute will be the possibility of slowing down so whatever the reasons are definitely developers are on it at this moment.

EtherDelta doesn't hold your funds and you can feel free to trade there. Of course, in our time anything can happen and there can't be 100% confidence. But still we have to make a choice and EtherDelta is right one I think.

Yes you can trust on Etherdelta with private keys but be cautious while logging to etherdelta always loggin in private window or in incognito window so probabilities would be less to be hacked by any hacker apart from this never ever share your private keys with anyone.

I do agree with you, it is safe to trade there but nothing is 100% guarantee it is just like using myetherwallet.com to hold your tokens. For me I think EtherDelta is one of the most underrated exchange in the space and their contribution has not been truly appreciated
