November 9th will ends the PreSale. During November will start the main ICO. We plan at the end of November. The exact date will be published in two weeks.
We will be listed on HitBTC, that is confirmed and trading will start after we finish the ICO. Conversations with other exchanges are ongoing indeed and are looking very well.

There will be bullish sentiment in altcoins and ICO's immediately after forks procedure starts. I will suggest to run ICO without long delay after the closing of pre-ico on 9th November. There will be two reasons to not delay one project has gotten attention and other fork factor. The results can be more better in next round depend on timing as well.

1ETH=100M? But the price is really expensive. There's no sense. Be cautious about investing in a less optimistic environment

Yes, we issue a lot of tokens, but they are extremely cheap!)))
One hundred million tokens costs only 1 ETH at the start of the token sale.
Such large numbers are due to the low cost of notarization and high price of ETH. Since the tokens are always integer (there is no a half of token), you need to release a huge amount of tokens to provide transactions for a cheap service.
For example, for an common user the cost of the notarization will be $ 0.2. Then, at the cost of ETN= $ 300, the smart contract will take 667 SNTR tokens (detailed calc. in WP). So 3 digits will be enough for accurate accounting.
