That's normal diff is so low block are discovered back to back realy fast....anyway the p2pool is down i tried it had share on it but never get payed

Yep it's down, p2pool wont work well with so low dif.

Your better off trying to solo mine

But you need really LOW network latency for getting any block rewards (or luck)
