The amount of butt hurt and young teen threats on here is nauseating.  Deal with it.  Bitmain is not responsible for ensuring the miners they sell are profitable - they bring a product to market, you either buy it or you don't.

Look, Bitman's lapdog.

Nope, just a miner without a sense of entitlement.

I'm entitled to my entitlement </yo dawg>

Nothing is guaranteed in this game.  We take risks, sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't.  You can blame conspiracy theories and evil Chinese corporations or you can learn from your mistakes and do better next time.  I'm sitting on 9 heaters that are only making about 40% of what I predicted they were when I put the order in - I was wrong.  No biggy, live and learn.  The big takeaway is to source my PSUs elsewhere next time around!

Simple question, if they will open the doors and sell all their miners from now on and send in just in one or two day, what would happen after 1 month ?
But you dont have any information about this change , they will not tell, it will look just another ordinary batch sell.

I can answer for you what will happen, all their model will be useless less than a month due to excessive selling. So this is not related how you do better next time or this time.
We take risk by trust to bitmain's batch policy  and think this will be just another ordinary antminer batch ,limited number of miners... But it was not, they sold excessive number of units.
And because they started to take such shitty approaches ;

While we cannot control the factors that affect earnings, we do understand the situation for customers who purchased the D3. As a customer service, we are issuing a coupon for $125 to each original purchaser for currently paid orders. The coupon may be used to purchase any miner on our web site.

So except bitmain's dogs on the forum , bitmain already knows it's mistake , but giving coupon is another kind of shitty action from these greedy gnomes.

Simple question, are the doors open to buy as many GPUs as you can? Really guys, stop bitching about profit, as a POW system network will adapt to the increased input from the supplier side. The main problem is that these heaters are technological nightmares, really supposed to run at 15GH, boards produce lots of HW errors, unstable at the factory settings. My A5 runs at 36.5GH@740W@47C   D3s are just a shitty patchwork which is my real consern.

Hi Guys, is it normal for miner to go from 19gh to 4gh?  Here is screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/xxJYIPk.png

No at all.  you can check by login to your antminer and sellect miner status tab. Look for ASIC status. If there is ‘oooo’ sign then its ok if like this ‘xxxxx’ you must reset the miner.

Ok thanks, will this fix it usually or does it happen often?  The reason is I have my miner hosted remotely and my host will not be happy if I have to ask him to reset it often.

Actually it has been already demanded. we have Nothing positive, as of now.

Also they have replied negatively to the customers regarding the new algo thing.

i sign this..  bitmain ignoring thousand of us.. how this company is allow to exist is wonder to me  Huh    but if we  as     customer stop to purchase from them ant miner and instead invest this money to new algo for already made miner, we will double win and they will lose. i think this is best bet

We need advanced hardware and software developers indeed. I wish I was one of them but I am not. If someone succeed the new algo firmware  I am ready to pay 100$ for each unit. I am pretty sure all of us ready to pay for it.But we have still nothing about it.

This.

You all honestly sound like clueless, petulant children.   Bitmain sells miners,  you buy them or don't.   Did you honestly believe you'd ROI in 9 days when you put the orders in?

Has anyone tried https://miningpoolhub.com?

I am using them now for mining on my PC with 8 x nvidia 1070's.
When I get my D3's I am thinking of connecting to them.

Cheaper only 0.9% and mines most profitable coins and pays in whatever currency you want.
Currently getting paid in Bitcoin, mining ZCOIN making $30.00 a day.

the comppany i work for (i am secure guard) is programmer and software developer hardware company. i will talk to some one in the company about this and see if they can do this or even if possible ? this is my last hope but if any one can do this im thinking its this guys.. wish me luck

All of us will be appreciated for your efforts. All we need to try to reach the right guy. There are lots of senior developers but probably none of them have info  of our problem. I never believe that D3 chip is manufactured to mine only dash coin ( This is the theory of shitmain) .it could be re porgrammed one way or another.

The change.org petition will show the developers  how profitable work is this.

I believe that anyone who succeed that will be very ricch man.

I tried to set up the coin switching miner on my Nvidia rig but the guide sucks, I might be willing to pay someone to configure it. I would like to get paid in Dash for GPU mining.
