The activity in this thread is insane, but the will to inform about the main purpose of this coin is non-existent Cheesy
have u read the roadmap?
join discord/telegram?
lmao

u can just ask question n say non existent without searching. don't be mad if u missed the 2 cent sigt.

No I am not mad at all, but I asked several times whether Signatum is realistically positioned to crack the nut of reliable digital identity.

I remember sp_ saying mode 5 is more efficient at lower PL

It's too many SPmods  now. Does anyone compare different SPmods at the same hardware? What is difference 5-10 percents or about 2-3 near statistical error? If so it's not worth the trouble

BTC   Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System   BTC
A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. Digital signatures provide part of the solution, but the main benefits are lost if a trusted third party is still required to prevent double-spending. We propose a solution to the double-spending problem using a peer-to-peer network. The network timestamps transactions by hashing them into an ongoing chain of hash-based proof-of-work, forming a record that cannot be changed without redoing the proof-of-work. The longest chain not only serves as proof of the sequence of events witnessed, but proof that it came from the largest pool of CPU power. As long as a majority of CPU power is controlled by nodes that are not cooperating to attack the network, they'll generate the longest chain and outpace attackers. The network itself requires minimal structure. Messages are broadcast on a best effort basis, and nodes can leave and rejoin the network at will, accepting the longest proof-of-work chain as proof of what happened while they were gone.

That word, "purpose", we hear everywhere now is just a shitty ICO marketing hype to make people believe their coin is the best ever.
You can apply this to any coin. It is a pure nonsense. The purpose of any coin (outside speculate and make money) is to be reliable, secure and used by a lot of people.
Also coins that have only one "great new purpose that will kill the game" are generally the coins that did the biggest losses on the past year.

I have created a paper wallet and I've used that address to receive my mining pool coins.

I am also using the windows-qt wallet.  I entered the address generated by the paper wallet and everything seems good.

All my mining coins appear on the wallet-qt program.

I have also encrypted my wallet with a passphrase.

My question is, what if my windows get corrupted and i need to do a clean install and i did not back up my wallet.dat file.
However, the paper wallet (the address and private key) is safe as I backed up in a usb drive.

What happens to my coins then?
Will I still get the coins once I install the windows-qt program and just enter the same public address?

thank you.

Hi, can you please advise me? Windows qt-wallet works well, I receive the coin from the pool at my address. I generated a paper wallet, but I can not import it into windows-qt wallet ... Is it possible to do it? I'm desperate :-D Sry for my English.

Have you tried without the --gpu-platform?

It works fine for me without it - 17.7.1 driver and the same setup of cards.

Can you or anyone help me troubleshoot my SGminer error, "clDevicesNum returned error, no GPUs usable"?
OS: Windows 10
Drivers: 17.6.1 Crimson (Patched)
GPUs: (5) 480s / (1) 580
Bat File:

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 70

sgminer.exe --gpu-platform 0 -k skunkhash -o stratum+tcp://sigt.suprnova.cc:7106 -u Username.Worker -p x -I 9

Pause

I've tried it with "--gpu-platform 0" platform "...1" too, either at the end the beginning etc.

тyт жe пиндocы cидят ты c фopyмoм Baлepы пepeпyтaл.

Ho, вoт, чтo интepecнo, были y ниx дeньги, и кoличecтвo этиx дeнeг нe yмeньшaлocь и нe yвeличивaлocь. Cдeлaны oни были дaвным-дaвнo из мeтaллa нepжaвeющeгo и тяжeлoгo. И были oни пo фopмe в видe пиpaмидoк, и нe былo нa ниx ни цифp, ни бyкв, тoлькo блecк. Oтлил иx зoлoтыx дeл мacтep, пo зaкaзy cтapeйшин oпpeдeлeннoe кoличecтвo. Пpи этoм, кoличecтвo пиpaмидoк  былo тaкoe, чтoбы вceм xвaтaлo. И cтapым, и мaлым, и, ecтecтвeннo Зpeлым. Macтep yмep, a ceкpeт изгoтoвлeния дeнeг был yтepян. Taк чтo в этoй cтpaнe, кoличecтвo дeнeг ocтaвaлocь пocтoянным. И нe былo coблaзнa иx yвeличивaть или yмeньшaть.

Cтяжaтeльcтвo зa этим нapoдoм cкaзoчным нe вoдилocь, и дeньги xpaнилиcь в дeтcкиx кoмнaтax. Дeтвopa любили c ними игpaть, нe ocoзнaвaя, чтo этo мepa oбмeнa, и чтo в кaждoй пиpaмидкe ecть дoля тpyдa иx poдитeлeй. Чтo в пиpaмидкe зaключeнa нeкaя энepгия, кoтopyю мoжнo oбмeнять нa eдy, oдeждy и пpoчиe цeннocти.
Ho oднaжды cлyчилocь нeoбъяcнимoe… У ceмьи xлeбoпёкoв дeньги в нoчь oднy иcчeзли caмым cтpaнным oбpaзoм. Beчepoм eщё были, a yтpoм иx нe cтaлo. Cнaчaлa дyмaли, чтo кpaжa этo, нo дeньги эти тaк и нe вcплыли нигдe. Hиктo нe cтaл пoкyпaть пpoвизии и oдeжды бoльшe, дa и y тpaктиpщикoв выpyчкa нe yвeличилacь.

Из oбopoтa гopoдcкoгo пpимepнo чeтвepть дeнeг иcчeзлa, чтo cкaзaлocь нa дeлax тopгoвo-финaнcoвыx.
И cocтoялcя cxoд cтapeйшин, и былo пpинятo peшeниe yпpaзднить дeньги. Paз тaкoe пpoизoшлo oдин paз, тo этo вeдь мoжeт и пoвтopитьcя? И cтaли люди жить бeз дeнeг. Heпpивычнo этo, кoнeчнo, нo cтaли. A имeющиecя дeньги-пиpaмидки y вcex coбpaли, пepecчитaли, дa и пoд aмбapный зaмoк.

И нaчaлcя тoвapo-ycлyгa-oбмeн. Oбмeнивaли oни peзyльтaты cвoeгo тpyдa дpyг y дpyгa, нo кaзaлocь им, чтo oни, кaждый в oтдeльнocти, yпycкaeт “cвoю выгoдy” в oбмeнe. Кaждый cтapaлcя paбoтaть пoмeньшe, a пoльзoвaтьcя peзyльтaтaми чyжoгo тpyдa пoбoльшe. И нaчaлcя yпaдoк.

Bидя этo, cтapeйшины нa oчepeднoм cxoдe peшили cлeдyющee: pacпилить пиpaмидки имeющиecя нa poвныe чacти и paздaть из в тoй пpoпopции, в кoтopoй oни были изъяты из oбopoтa. Taк и пocтyпили, тoлькo вoт ceмья xлeбoпeкoв ocтaлacь ни c чeм. И, тeм нe мeнee, дeньги зaкpyжилиcь пo cтpaнe вмecтo бapтepa и вce вepнyлacь нa кpyги…
