I can't register and send my XRL tokens to rialto.ai as I do not have the necessary documents given that I am now homeless.
So what happens if I leave my XRL tokens in at

Sorry to hear about your situation Sidney986. Hopefully it's only very short term.
In relation to your XRL tokens, you can either sell them on an exchange or deposit them and ask for withdrawal of underlying DAP assets which will also register you for the upcoming free equity participation plan. You do not need to complete the KYC to deposit XRL and withdraw the DAP assets, although you may have to do it for the free equity participation plan, details of which are due to be published shortly.
Which option is best for you is really up to you but in any case you can get some value for your XRL coins, it just depends on the market conditions and your outlook for the project (how much you value the free equity participation plan vs perhaps selling on exchange for a slight profit over DAP value - value of XRL and DAP changes all the time so it's hard to know when to sell to make a profit and liquidity is very low - for the most part due to arbitrage of a some of our users the price on exchange is usually fairly close to the DAP value so there's not much of a difference either way). The value of XRL on exchanges is in the short term unlikely to drop much below it's underlying DAP asset value, however it's unlikely to maintain that value in the long term as we switch to the new Rialto Trade platform.
The best advice given the current situation is to deposit your XRL tokens to our Rialto.ai platform before the 1st of December and ask to withdraw your DAP assets and keep your options open regarding the free equity participation plan. If you sell right now (29.11.18 at 11:47CET) you would be selling below DAP value and you would also lose any chance of taking part in the free equity participation plan. Again to deposit and withdraw DAP assets converted into ETH you do not need to complete KYC. You will need to enter your personal details, but you will not need to submit any documents.
