stop the fud and bullshit. Instead expect a decent ROI. It will break even after all.. it's not like those asics stop generating coins or bitcoin price will be fixed @100$ forever. Man, QQ everywhere..

I'm not anti-Avalon or anything, but that "pictures speak louder than words" stuff is propaganda and doesn't explain anything. Where are the shipping tracking numbers with activity on them? That speaks louder than pictures.

Just to confirm, I have received tracking that my xx Feb2 units are in transit with DHL, they are currently chilling at LEIPZIG - GERMANY

Not bad for an order that at first did not show up in the order website (Guest orders, Walletbit confirmed but not further) and was corrected by opening a ticket after the 16th of June.

Now it's listed in the order site as 'completed' with DHL tracking.

I've already put aside my racing gloves to take the R out tomorrow to pick them up at the DHL depot. I might even do a doughnut in parkinglot if it wasn't for the fact I'm afraid damage the boxes in the back...

I'll post pictures once they are safely in my hands...

I was fine with the lateness up until I found out that Avalon is shipping the many 10'000's of chips out before we are getting the product we ordered months earlier     And now there looks like a decent amount of evidence indicates that a lot of pre-mining is being with the machines before they are being sent out, which is even worse.  

Of all the people ordering from Avalon, batch 3 has the worst ROI, behind most of the Avalon clones that are coming out (which are much cheaper than what we paid...)

Perhaps the Cyber-Gods are getting back at me for bashing BFL all those times about how late they were...

avalon batch III buyers have sent tons of bitcoins towards a company that used this money

-to build the promised product, but used it for mining itself
-to produce a competing product (avalon chips) that destroys the roi for avalon batch III
-actually sell the competing product before batch III

not only did they steal from the paying customers. on top of that they use the stolen assets to defraud the customer who was nice enough to finance his own subterfuge.

I thinking to my self if it is possible to get ~98Gh stable form Avalon why they just don't send units with that overclocked firmware?
That little bonus will be much more acceptable in this late situation.

They were not ready for mass production... or they were using the machines for mining... or they were doing private batch 1.1

Avalon should  think about refunding every customer of a B3 4 Module  Avalon 20 BTC and 15 BTC for every 3 Module Avalon.

They told us that the price was calculated on a 2-3 Months ROI. So the difficulty is way higher then it was before, so this sounds pretty fair to me.

Especially if they ship the chips out, before we get our units.
