you should feel sorry for them bit its hard to when they don't listen

There is no reason to feel sorry for them. The BCH gang dreams of the peculiar plot to 'kill BTC'.

Hopelessly stupid indeed.

What's going on I sold all my Bitcoin for Bitcoin Cash? Bitcoin has a lot of problems so I thought it was a good move.

Now I am not so sure. Seems to be a lot of fud around bitcoin cash, I don't know what the truth is!

You got punked. This is exactly why Bit/Altcoin Cash promoters are dangerous and must be tagged on Bitcointalk and elsewhere.

Please educate yourself and stop blindly believing what scammers tell you.

the truth is that there is a lot of market manipulation. don't you think that the promoters of BTC Cash tried to pump the price? to get rid of all the BCH they bought for 400$?

Neither its a continuation of the old EDA chain before the new DAA fork basically just running ABC 0.15.x instead of the new DAA version 0.16.x

It's brutal no wonder all the cashaholics are so quiet BTC breaking new ATH of $8000 and BCH dropping under $1000 and going down fast you should feel sorry for them bit its hard to when they don't listen

If you talk about market price, then be precise please. Which of the two chains is dropping below 1000 USD?

Do you still not understand the majority of people have already realized the low motives of the gang behind Bit/Altcoin Cash?

You are quite persistent at repeatedly spewing empty allegations. Yet for all your continued bluster, you have yet to offer any actual evidence.

Empty allegations?  Care to elaborate / point me to examples of empty allegations?

Backscrolling to the first post of yours that I encounter:

If anything, most 'Bit/Altcoin Cash' supporters hate Bitcoin despite stealing the name and code, and not the other way around.  You must understand that BCH was created in a plot to 'kill BTC'.

Several here. I've bolded and underlined a few. Yet I've not seen you provide any evidence for any of these claims.

Anyone with a campaign ad in their signature -- for an organization with which they are not otherwise affiliated -- is automatically deducted credibility points.

I've been convicted of heresy. Convicted by a mere known extortionist. Read my Trust for details.

Wrong.

1: Have you been to places such as r/btc, the majority of Bitcointalk threads on Bit/Altcoin Cash, as well as any other channel that participates in worshipping BCH? No? Have you read this thread? No? Only if you didn't or you're a liar can you claim that this is not the case.

2: 'Bitcoin Cash'. You do not see the 'Bitcoin' part? No? How so? Name shamelessly stolen, code shamelessly stolen and slightly modified.

3: You do not know the people who're behind the scamcoin you promote and you do not know their agenda (which was made public by themselves)?  Links and evidence have been posted countlessly on this thread, there is no way for you to ignore this.

Bitcoin Cash _is_ Bitcoin. It's history extends unbroken back the the genesis block.

People who post statements like the above are not trustworthy and must be tagged.  Bit/Altcoin Cash is a blatant scam.

I don't know it sounded like they were serious and I know I've been frustrated with the bitcoin fees/slowness its basically useless as a currency. Of course it can be considered the "gold" of the cryptocurrency space but I don't know why it would limit itself to that.

Not sure if I should sell my bitcoin cash now or hold on and hope for at least some sort of spike. It seems like usually there is at least a smaller pump after the big one. What do you think?

BCH could not hold $1250 or $1000. This could get interesting.

Let me make it clear that it is not only a financial issue, even more so it is a moral issue.

Supporting Bit/Altcoin Cash means that you are supporting the agenda of criminals.

BTC breaking new ATH of $8000

Indeed - makes me happy.

Quote
and BCH dropping under $1000 and going down fast you should feel sorry for them bit its hard to when they don't listen

Well, I was happier with $2500 and climbing. However, BCH is still up 3x in the last three weeks. As Dorian would say: 'Free lunch - not bad'. Bitcoin Segwit was $6000 three weeks ago. A three-bagger from there would be $18,000. While I'm sure we'll get there eventually, 'not tonight dear'.

So don't cry for me, Argentina.

Tell that to the faces of the poor souls who believed you and other scammers who told them that a 'flippening was about to happen' and bought the scamcoin at $2500.  This is dreadful.

Yes, I have occasionally been to r/btc. And I have participated in the entirety of this thread (as an aside, you seem to be a relative newcomer to the thread - have you read its entire history yourself?). If you have already provided evidence, then surely it would be trivial for you to reference a post where you have done so. So provide the evidence, or admit to lying.

No, your claim that I quoted -- which most closely matches your moving goalpost -- is "BCH was created in a plot to 'kill BTC'". Either you are trying to weasel out of your claim, or you do not understand elementary logic.

I've seen you post a photo with some apparent BCH supporters together, such photo having been posted by (likely) one of them, with an attached message that says in part something akin to 'death to segwit' or some such. Posted on facebook, IIRC. Is this supposed to be your evidence that "BCH was created in a plot to 'kill BTC'"? If so, then again, you FAIL.

Their poor trading decisions are not my responsibility. More germane, I have posted repeatedly that -- on the climb to dominance -- the price will experience waves of FOMO overbuying followed by partial retracement induced by free coinz profit taking. Which is exactly the condition about which you are whining. If indeed they had been taking advice from me, they have been specifically warned not to get ahead of themselves with irrational exuberance.

Why are you so salty? Buy at the top?

Oh but it's not, in every conceivable, measurable and plain obvious way, it really is not. And you probably earned your red tag.

So nice to see BCH put back in its place in the back of the bus where it belongs   Grin   I dont know if that was a real attempt to flip BTC or just a terrible pump and dump costing many small investors a lot of money. Hell I almost fell for it.  I sold BTC for BCH.  Soon as I saw a massive dump from 2500 to 1800 I sold it all and put it into alt coins until dust settled.  Most likely just a disgusting manipulation of the market to feed the whales.  Bad all around IMO.

If you've been to r/btc as well as other channels where BCH is worshipped and participated in this thread you must be aware of the fact that the majority of BCH supporters hate the de-facto Bitcoin as they shamelessly, fanatically, and wrongly believe Bit/Altcoin Cash to be the 'real Bitcoin'.

The concept of 'steal' has no standing in regards to names within the public domain, nor in open source development. You FAIL.
This is nothing but your arrogant opinion.  One can not simply fork and slightly modify a coin and then claim that the original coin is not the original.  This is utterly ridiculous.

The Facebook link showing part of the gang next to the announcement of the plot is crucial indeed, yet of course it is by far not the only evidence.  Your personal inability to connect the dots does not stop the world from looking right through the scam plot.

Your spokesperson, Fake Satoshi Fraud aka Craig Wright even openly retweets posts as the below: https://twitter.com/Egon_01/status/929230161375088640

Bitcoin Cash _is_ Bitcoin. It's history extends unbroken back the the genesis block. It is the longest chain built using SHA256 atop the Satoshi genesis block.
Bit/Altcoin Cash is certainly not Bitcoin. How often do you want to repeat this ugly propaganda?

Why are you so salty? Buy at the top?

OK, so what is your definition of Bitcoin? Whatever the maintainers of the Core github repository jam down your throat?

Are you really unable to grasp this?  Bitcoin is Bitcoin, the innovative project that started this entire cryptocurrency sphere. It has been evolving over 8 years and keeps evolving despite regular attacks.

Bitcoin is not Altcoin Cash or any other shitcoin.  Bitcoin is not whatever you arbitrarily define it to be.

Quote from: Cyril
Bitcoin will scale, adapt and evolve, as it has been doing for 8 years (...). It will also prove its resilience, again and again, attack after attack, as it just did last week-end. BCH was just a reckless and unwise attack, both financially and technically (...). There is only one Bitcoin, and it's called Bitcoin.
