I cant' answer on solo mining but for stacking you only have to let your wallet open (and unlocked if you encrypt it - recommended).

Update some members are having issues sending screen shots of there account creation on draftdaily.com. I'm making a revision to this announcement instead of a screen shot of your account on draftdaily you can send your username for your account and what day you created it and we will check them all manually. Anyone who has PM me already concerning the airdrop it has not started yet so you will need to PM me again to be fair. All airdrop PMs have to be submitted during a open phase of the airdrop to count.
