Cool presentation but for last 2 years your website hasn't been updated....so....
Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Yes it seems to be a common trick being used currently. The 'LUST' ICO scam created hundreds of pages with bot-posting through bought or hacked forum accounts, too.

Keep an eye out and let me know if you see more and I'll tag them accordingly.

WARNING: I just deleted 100+ pages of identical spam posted by Durieel, daemmon and TRICHED (all of whom are banned, source: https://bitcointalk.org/modlog.php). While I am not going to claim these bots were acting on behalf of OP (yet), I do have my suspicions (based on certain unverified information, though not directly related to this project or it's developer) and as such suggest potential investors to thoroughly research the situation before dropping a single dime.

Thank god the spamming has come to an end. That was such a catastrophe. Why would anyone manage his or her thread with a bot? It's the worst thing you can do when you want to gain credibility....

Thanks so much for this PSA! I was seriously considering investing in this ICO, but had some doubts with all the spamming and empty github links. I am glad I procrastinated and didn't invest!

Well, I had to take a look since the OP has changed its title to a generic one, "Official Announcement Thread." So this Karbon is a confirmed scam? I hope the investors get their money back.

Yes, it looks like they got busted. Unfortunately, I would not think that Investors can get their money back unless an international Law-suit is filed against 'Karbon'. After all, that is the whole point of a Scam ICO - never to give back the earnt funds.

Good job exposing this! Too sad those scammers can't be hunted down in real life and put to jail.

This community is like a scam, from the earliest publicity page to the host's level of distrust, I wonder why so many followers?
