If you are really getting addicted to crypto market and trading, you really need to take a break. Though it is really fascinating to make money in huge amounts just with few clicks and moves made on right time. There are some people who are getting obsessed with crypto currencies and are spending too much time on their laptops which is dangerous for their health and relationships. You need to involve yourself in healthy activities.

In my opinion we have to spend good time in learning and reading more about trading rather than spending the time in making trades, especially if you re newbie with this field, you need more knowledge and skills before starting. Trading without good knowledge lead to big losses usually.

With enough information that will make us ready to trade and our knowledge is our only basis on making a decision, it will be very risky if you
are treating trading like gambling where you rely on your luck. Treat this as a long term journey where you are open minded and you understand
you will also prone in making mistakes but you are smart enough to accept it and correct your strategy.

Actually if you are a day trader then you need to spend a little bit.
Meantime for instance if you have a salary like 4000 USD monthly and if you are working for it 5 days 8 hours 4 weeks this means your average hourly rate is 25 USD.
 If you gain over 100 USD in less than 4 hours a day means you are not spending too much time

Yes that very true because when we too much spend time for trading so appear greedy and emotional. And finally we can not follow the trading strategy and analysis that we made before. So focus in trading but dont too much time in it is better to control emotion.

I don't think that it is true, it is best to spend time in trading but don't actually trade but only study the graph or the chart of the coins that you are watching in order to find some patterns or signs if that coin is a good buy or not because that is the best thing to do when you don't have other things to do. Spend a lot of time in trading but only for education purposes.

How can you only study the graph without doing the trading instead? If you do not trade, you never know how you can get the profit. And by studying graph only can't make you be good and it because its price always fluctuative and most of them are only speculative which you can't even predict. So by focusing too much time on trading does not even needed, just make sure that you are in a good moment to get profit, this is what you need to have in trading

Trading can be terrible addictive, if you don't know how to discipline yourself, you very soon will neglect your friends, your family, even your health.
I suffered this in my early day in forex, some years ago: I stood any night on forex, until a complete nervous breakdown. It took me months to recover.

If you know what you're doing then your doing fine, trading is very draining. Not pro trader but I know how to somehow analyze the market, it's very tiring and draining. Gladly I get off from trading and stick with holding. No stress!

I feel that it can be done. people like that, I think can be very great in trading. especially if they focus on just 1 coin or a few coins. it will be a very good weapon in trading. but, of course you have to trade for it, and that will of course spend more of your time.

Spending a lot of time in trading depends on what type of trader you are, if you are a day trader then spending all day in front of your screen with all the charts is required because you have to check the movement of the coin from time to time. If you are a type of trader that make a trade weekly then the required time screen time will be lesser but you need to check the movement from time to time still since crypto really move fast. And if you are a investor type or trader then you do not need to spend too much of your time because you will be holding your coin for long term. So as a trader you really need to determine what kind of trader you want to be.

agreed, and besides i don't see any problems with giving so much time on trading because what OP's problem is not being emotionally stable when there is a dip to his coins, i think everyone should prepared for the worst when it comes to trading in order to accept loss and stop your self by trading immediately.

Well for some people, its just about money and the profits. They think its that easy since if you look at how traders do it, its just buying low and selling high. But it takes more, a lot more than that. Day trading especially. You can't keep yourself away from your computer if you're day trading. One missed trade and you can lose a lot of money since some coins have very quick change of movement

The time should be used constructively. There are traders who do day trade.But not necessarily to trade all day to get profit. Classic traders use most of their time on market research and analysis. They take the right decisions. They properly allocate stop-loss. They begin trading only when you know when to buy or sell. They do not trade all day.Just put in orders to buy or sell

Actually its a problem for some of the traders who keeps on watching the price every minutes or hours, it cause a panic selling or panic buying in worst conditions. No one knows until when will be this bearish will end in the other hand it takes time for the market to recover no matter what it will be bullish on this march. IMHO.

Well as i see crypto value are getting worst, perhaps it affects the sudden fall of bitcoin in cryptomarket, It is better to hold first your alt coin and patiently wait until it recovers when the time comes.

I think time trading or day trading is very time taking and riskey according to my thoughts. I myself do not spend too much time trading, because i think if you see too much statistics or graphics it will make us emotional and have an impact on our health. Limit your trade and spend time on other things, do not focus and spend time trading.

Well that is true, because right now there are so many coins that is dumping very high and i know that it is not the time to trade or too spend too much time on trading, and for me we should wait until the perpect time will come before we spend too much time in trading.
