TokenStars’  business model is based on the traditional talent management agency (TMA) model. We receive a 20-30% commission from the players’ sponsorship contracts. This revenue will be converted into tokens.
This business model is already working. We have signed the first player (Veronika Kudermetova). She was introduced by a  scout. And the first promoter (JAMI agency) is close to signing the first advertising contract of $82K, forming the revenue stream for the agency.

Development and promotion of TokenStars brand by our potential athletes is very important for our success. This is what our Design advisor Mikhailius Derkach is responsible for.

Mikhailius is the Founder of ProExpedition Adventures’ Journal,  designer, and usability specialist. He took part in many digital projects, awarded by few marketing and advertising festivals. He participated in the creation of advertising campaigns for such brands as Google, Samsung, McDonald's, Lego, P&G, Coca-Cola.

Also, Mikhailius is Ex Art-Director of Leo Burnett Moscow, Member of Art Directors Club Russia. Together with the team of Leo Burnett Moscow, he was working on the "Photoshooting" campaign for WWF which gained Bronze Lion at the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival.

The campaign was originally aimed to attract massive attention of the Internet to the problem of the extinction of the Siberian Tiger in Russia.
