With which exchanges are you currently negotiating for cooperation and when will it be possible to start buying and selling ACE tokens in the secondary market?

Good afternoon! Do I have to go through the KYC procedure to get ACE tokens?

You have to go through the KYC procedure to get ACE tokens.

The ‘know your client’ procedure takes only 5 minutes and it is required by the banks and exchanges. As our token sale agreement did not allow for US citizens and other restricted persons to participate in the sale, the KYC procedure allows to verify citizenship and make sure the token holders comply with those rules.
All the files are stored confidentially on Amazon servers. You need to upload your passport (or other government issued ID) and a 2nd document, verifying your current place of residence. There is a detailed description of the process in your personal dashboard.
Once the documents are uploaded, we verify them, confirm (or ask for additional clarification) and approve the token issue to the ERC-20 wallets, you’ll specify in the dashboard. As simple as that.

I'd also love to see the conversion of let's say only 50% of my ACE tokens, as Tennis isn't part of the TEAM token Smiley
For now ACE tokens might be converted in your Dashboard into other verticals’ tokens with 40% one-time bonus. Conversion only works in 1 direction (ACE into TEAM only, not vice versa), and you can only convert all ACE tokens you have at once, between October 27th and November 27th. Conversion is only available BEFORE you transfer ACE tokens to your personal wallet.

How long does the KYC procedure take and how long does it take to check all the data?
We’ll be issuing tokens in weekly batches to everyone who successfully passes the KYC procedure. Starting on November 7th — November 14th — November 21st — and (if anyone’s left) November 28th.

We’ve started talking to several exchanges (two out of the top-10 exchanges by volume) and expect news in the next 3–4 weeks. Please stay patient. It is easy to get listed on some low-quality exchange with no liquidity and shady rules, but we all don’t need this. We will announce it here. Stay tuned.

No, we don't have a right to replace the ACE tokens without the consent of the holders. So, if you have bought ACE, you will receive ACE into your wallet and ACE is not included into TEAM.

The long-awaited details came out. Thanks.

Why is KYC so important?

KYC is required by the banks and exchanges. As our token sale agreement did not allow for US citizens and other restricted persons to participate in the sale, the KYC procedure allows to verify citizenship and make sure the token holders comply with those rules.

Hi Vlad, Expect soon the story that all investors with good faith, that cannot fulfill the KYC, will lose their money.

Hello!

First of all, we don't see any problems in the fulfillment of KYC. Nowadays, almost every ICO has KYC as a usual part of the process. We need to conduct KYC procedure 1) cause it's required by banks, 2) to protect the company and tokenholders from participation of restricted persons.
So, why would it be a problem?
And second, for everybody who doesn't fulfill or doesn't want to fulfill the KYC procedure, we will provide the refunds.

I see your point, but as you can see, it was planned from the very beginning. I hope you will keep your tokens and pass KYC without any problems

No, refund is needed

ACE tokens are non-refundable.

I see no sense in a hidden discussion. You have already made and determined your opinion. No refund. But it's your decision to lead me on the path that I have to go now. See you later.
