The long-awaited details came out. Thanks.

Why is KYC so important?

KYC is required by the banks and exchanges. As our token sale agreement did not allow for US citizens and other restricted persons to participate in the sale, the KYC procedure allows to verify citizenship and make sure the token holders comply with those rules.

Hi Vlad, Expect soon the story that all investors with good faith, that cannot fulfill the KYC, will lose their money.

Hello!

First of all, we don't see any problems in the fulfillment of KYC. Nowadays, almost every ICO has KYC as a usual part of the process. We need to conduct KYC procedure 1) cause it's required by banks, 2) to protect the company and tokenholders from participation of restricted persons.
So, why would it be a problem?
And second, for everybody who doesn't fulfill or doesn't want to fulfill the KYC procedure, we will provide the refunds.

I see your point, but as you can see, it was planned from the very beginning. I hope you will keep your tokens and pass KYC without any problems

Next Level, [31.10.17 01:54]
No, refund is needed

Vlad Danilov, [31.10.17 01:55]
[In reply to Next Level]
ACE tokens are non-refundable.

Next Level, [31.10.17 02:41]
I see no sense in a hidden discussion. You have already made and determined your opinion. No refund. But it's your decision to lead me on the path that I have to go now. See you later.

I hope this information would be helpful for your future contributions. Have a nice day!

Does that sounds like "for everybody who doesn't fulfill or doesn't want to fulfill the KYC procedure, we will provide the refunds" for you?

For everybody who doesn't fulfill or doesn't want to fulfill the KYC procedure, we will surely provide all the refunds minus commission for the transfer.

You hold me for an hour and talk till the end that I don't get a refund and I have to get used to it. And now suddenly it is "surely provide all the refunds". This is somewhat untrustworthy. What is you mind tomorrow?

However, looking forward to get refund instructions.

How much do all the tokens that you managed to sell on the ICO cost? When can you start to work on the project?

As of 11 am CET October, 30 the amount we collected equal $4,928,107. The number will fluctuate, depending on the currency exchange rates.

We've already started. Our first signed player was Veronika Kudermetova, the winner of 20 WTA & ITF tournaments (3 in singles, 16 in doubles). Now we negotiating with 4 top-100 players.

That's huge! I really like that you went to sport stars, great job

When will refund instructions be posted? I was really looking forward to this token but last-minute addition of KYC (no prior info on website or whitepaper) and the confusing status of ACE/TEAM has made me lose a lot of faith. Surely, not 100% of people will do KYC. I will be interested to see how many people take the refund instead of KYC and what impact that has on how much they raised.

Please don't mislead people. KYC is not a last minute addition.

We published about KYC procedure from the very beginning in August in our medium channel (https://medium.com/@TokenStars)

Several times this question rose in our telegram group (https://t.me/TokenStars_en)

And more than that every token-holder before buying ACE tokens agreed to the Agreement on Sale of Tokens (https://tokenstars.com/upload/files/agreement.pdf) in their personal account where KYC procedure was described.

If you are not a US citizen then there is nothing to worry about. You can easily go through KYC in 5 minutes time.

All the info about TEAM ICO will be published later.

With a 99% confidence, US residents could not take part in TEAM ICO.

Can ACE tokens be used on the platform after implementing TEAM tokens?

Sure, we didn't include ACE into TEAM.
Things are going well with the tennis vertical. We receive more and more players’ applications, we get better agency name recognition among the leading tennis players. The number one rule of the system administrator is not to touch something if it is working.

Additionally, every token holder accepted the ACE token sale agreement and bought ACE token (a digital good, crypto access key). We can’t (and we won’t) replace one digital good with another one without community and ACE token holders’ consent. Our promises matter.

If a token holder wants to exchange ACE token into TEAM with 40% bonus, they are more than welcome to do so in the Dashboard before transferring ACE to ERC-20 wallets.

Hello!
Nothing happens Smiley You can still stay with ACE token and influence on the future of tennis stars.

Why did you decide not to separate tokens according to different kinds of sport?
Over the course of August, September and October, we’ve personally met or had phone calls with several Olympic champions, world champions, coaches and agents. We’re incredibly grateful for all the advice we’ve received. On multiple occasions we’ve heard the question ‘Why do you separate different kinds of sport into different verticals and use different tokens?’

Both approaches are viable and have their PROs and CONs.

We’ve considered all arguments and decided to go with the 1 TEAM token.
