100 mil send to livecoin > 10,051,609.35 are burned and the same amount is send back to devs.

that leaves almost 2 million open. As it was mentioned not every presale investor gave the right receiving address:

Presale tokens = 55,000,000 WiC (Not fully distributed yet, waiting on some participants for the correct addresses which is what are the extra coins above 10 Million you see)
Team tokens = 3,000,000 WiC
Bounty Campaign = 2,000,000 WiC
In app distribution = 5,000,000 WiC
$ value raised = $769,309.24
