The project looks very successful. But why the project is not represented on such sites as tokenmarket, icobazaar, etc? Will not this cause more interest in the project?

Ah didn't even know about them. There is not even a bitcointalk thread for it. And looks like they set the exact same date for the ICO too Will have to take a look into it! Thanks!

what is the wifi measured in? in the demo video i saw one could just just buy a password use it for about 5 minutes and then the wifi provider moves out of range so the wifi buyer losses connection but this is not a case of change password so the wic used for the purchase would not be refunded . i was thinking that password could be sold in units. 1.) may be according to time so the wifi buyer buys password for a particular amount of time. 2.) amount of data usage. so one could buy a password for may be 1gb of data.
a password should not be sold for life time.

Hey, at the moment, the WiFi user pays a one time fee for the network but we plan to introduce a feature where the uploader will specify aminimum and maximum time and data limit for the connectionand the buyer will be able to see this before purchasing.

They made their public announcement on August 1, so WiC may have caused them to speed up their release but I doubt they came up with their idea solely as a response to WiC. The two ideas seem quite different in scope regardless. Ammbr is trying to build its own network from scratch, with users acquiring and deploying dedicated Ambrr routers. It would be huge if successful, but there are a lot of barriers to success, not least of which is the development and roll-out of the router device itself. It's unclear if they even have a working prototype at this time. In that respect, it's more like a self-driving car or SpaceX's Hyperloop--a neat idea that's still a long way from actual mainstream adoption. WiC is leveraging existing technologies to essentially crowdsource internet access. It may not have the wow factor, but it's very doable in real life. It's more like Uber or Airbnb--simple ideas that disrupted their respective industries. Who knows if WiC can pull that off for internet access, but in the short term I don't see WiC and Ammbr as direct competitors. WiC's marketing strategy should probably emphasize that fact, too.

Now I've helped with this project, and I helped push the project on btt. Sales promotion results feedback affect satisfactory pre-sale accept, hope in the future and improvement of the project is really very well because everyone will certainly need a better system, and more easily. Because it's moving forward, everything will need a better system and easy to use.

dev, can you clarify about the bounty pool.. especially on signature. "Bitcointalk Signatures & Avatar (20% or 400,000)"so you dedicated 400k tokens for the signature.. and you say that, "Starting price = $0.008/WiC (Less than 250 satoshi or 0.0000025 BTC/WiC)"so 400,000 * 250 sats = 1 BTCONLY?please clarify.. your bounty pool is too low if mu calculations are correct.

To list your project on such website it comes at a price, they either take tokens or BTC. Though those websites will help give the project more exposure

Bounties are almost always speculative. Like, if you do a translation, maybe you get 500 or 1000 WiC (I'm making those numbers up based on experience with other coins; no idea what WiC is planning), which is nothing if you go by $0.008/WiC, but that's not a real, market-based price. We have no idea what WiC will be worth when it hits markets, but it's going to be more than $0.008 unless something goes horribly wrong. As a bounty hunter (and, frankly, as investors in the ICO) you're gambling that WiC will be worth 25 cents, 50 cents, a buck, even a few bucks, at which point getting those 500 or 1000 WiC 'for free' is a pretty tidy return for a couple of hours' work. That's why every new ANN thread has a million 'Indonesian translation reserved'-type posts in the first couple of pages.

So far $507,638.07 has been raised in the presale. If we do not sell out in the ICO on livecoin.net, it will run until October 15.

Hey, so the current price is $0.016/WiC and we expect to hit $0.026/WiC before the Token Sale ends so if the bounties are worth considerably more if you use these numbers. Secondly, yes there is not a very big budget for bounties and this will also encourage bounty hunters to hold and there will be less dumping on exchanges because of it.
