The meeting of the Finance Commission about cryptocurrency regulation took place in Santiago, Chile 15th of May 2018. It turned out as an after-effect of the conflict between cryptocurrency representatives and banking sector — the primary Latin American exchanger CryptoMKT and Buda. The Central Bank of Chile closed accounts and banned transactions based on money laundering suspicions.
Ten participants raised their pros and contras voices about cryptocurrencies during the meeting. KICKICO got the first-hand information from our Latin American colleagues.

There is complete list of the active markets I will recommend Kucoin and Gate.io both are nice exchanges. This project has good chance to keep growing because of working platform and it providing great chance for promising startup to raise amount through this.

You mean established medium to large sized (joint)-stock companies? No, of course not, they can get funding, if they even need it, in many different other ways that suits them much better.

Regardless of the "professional appearances" of a website/web-application that isn't the respective company's website (which frankly doesn't really matter that much) I hope you understand where KICKico is for, right? For startups and small businesses (in the blockchain related sphere) that have an idea (and a well thought out plan!) to which they want to dedicate their time and labor into succesfully executing AND where raising funds any other way would often be nearly impossible or take years to accomplish.

Will there be failed fundraisers? Absolutely, there are already a couple and there will be more in this bear market, and i think KICKico should be more transparent in listing those too after the time window has closed, but this is a separate issue.

My conclusion thus is that your statement doesn't hold water, unless you're able to clarify it in a more detailed way.

Thats absolutely correct, in case there are scenarios like the one you mentioned, all the backers will receive a refund and this is one of the specialty of KICK where backers are protected from scams in a way as you can always rely on KICKICO to make sure all the campaigns are legit and serious about their funding plans.

I think youre on the wrong track here. Firstly you can check the https://www.kickico.com/campaigns/finished section to count how many successful ICOs have launched with KICK. Secondly you are not really thinking about it from the backers perspective, if you are backer for an ICO what are the key things you would really want
 1. Security - Someone to vet the ICO on your behalf
 2. Safety - You would not want to be at a risk of being scammed
 3. Discounts - Getting a bang for your buck where you are getting a certain amount of tokens from the source ICO but if you register with KICK you get  bonus amount of tokens for the same money.

These are the reasons that most backers prefer and will prefer in the future to go through KICK whether its a Million dollar ICO or not and the same relationship would work in reverse where a Large ICO would want to associate themselves with KICK.

This is a platform for small projects rather than for multi-million ico. Although large projects can be placed here for a greater audience

That was exactly a good point before saying anything for a particular coin. We can say it ahead from others but atleast some of this are on their way making a great progress while the bear market is almost not over. I think its a good idea for the Kickico team to Participate in conference to make a much better plans or something that can make them coordinated in other icos.

Launched in April, the regulatory platform was developed by the central bank to pilot test new financial services and technologies that required legislative changes before implementation.

But now there is too many new Project is offering what kickico is. So i think they wasted this opportunity by now.
