Normally, If others heard about gambling they'll probably be saying bad things about it *which is a fact*. Though, based from my own experiences. Gambling do benefits me in a way, especially Mentally and Emotionally. Mentally, As a teenager who started to gamble at the age of 15. I don't care about losing, I don't value money. But as I grow, Gambling did really change my perspective towards money and decision making. I became more mature and I must say that I did enhance my strategic awareness. Emotionally, I must say that gambling did really control my temper. I don't why, but whenever I play poker my state of mind became so calm. Even after I lose or win I'm calm and happy. I feel you. You started to gamble at an early age that actually in my country teenager at the age of 15 still want to play with kids stuff. Yes, you are right when you say that in gambling you almost don't value money. I have experienced that also because i also gamble but not in card games. The only benefit that i could say is that i learned to control my temper. If i win, i would be happy and if i lose, i don't mind that. I try not to be sad because i lose. Other than that, there are no benefits in gambling that i could share. In gambling you win some and you lose more. Try to avoid it because it does not do good to a person, that is based on my own experience.
