I downloaded the windows blakestar wallet a few days ago and transfered in about 3,000 BLAS.  It says that the wallet it is staking and gives my block height and says 7 minutes is the expected time to earn reward.  However, I have not received any staking coins.  Am I missing a step or is there an issue with the wallet?

Started Mining this Coin yesterday as i like the concept.

But, something i do not follow is why, if the initial coins have been given back to the market, Zpool can not honor the payment with the following message:

"We are short of this currency (75922.73888045 BLAS). Please STOP your miners and switch to BTC until we find more BLAS blocks.
YOU are responsible if you continue to mine for BLAS dispite this warning."

It happens when many people mine in specific coin from the same algorithm. If yo change to c=BTC in the password field and fill in BTC address, there won't be a problem, but in your cae only more BLAS blocks can save you. I'd recommend to avoid mining in the currency in such cases, as by the time there are enough BLAS to pay you, the price may have changed...

As for most profitable coin, you can check the benchmark section on the Zpool website and calculate MH (or GH in blake2s case)*the profitability shown next to algorithm or specific coin.

Right now 3.2 GH * 0,06318 = 0,202176 mBTC, or 0.000202176 BTC per day if you mine in BTC.

Blake2s algo for cpu and nvidia gpu. I mine only through the CPU.
