That's how p2pool works, takes a little while for you to show up in that list normally - at least, it has for me in the past when mining other cryptos.

many have tried starting their own nodes with the sources provided, they're out of date or he's intentionally blocking nodes from bootstrapping the network. look at the graphs, there's no peers.

There are some bugs with the p2p connection, when most of the bugs are fixed, I'll put it on github. This will take about 1-2 days.
including:
1.p2p connection
2.because the code if forked from novacion-p2pool, some strings need to be replaced. novacion-block-explorer ltc_crypt etc. (Is there a YAC block explorer?)
3.windows executable
4.more stable
