Hello, welcome! Basically yes, please note however, that Datum is building on the "Storage Nodes", to be precise in technical terms used.

• Fixed an issue that prevented the Android app and mobile web app from synchronizing in some cases
• Added a way for new users to manually verify their email address in case automatic verification is blocked

I think its normal to have this problems as of updating their app so it needs to be sync and working on both web and app. Better to ask it on telegram for much faster answer to this. I'm sure it wouldn't take much longer a week to be fixed. They are to active towards their projects and releases.
