As I observed myself it looks like I never stop on planning to buy new things that I dont have yet.

Practice patience it is about letting  things unfold in their own time.  Also accept what you don't have

To be contented on what you have, you must be happy and appreciative in everything you have. Don’t be envious on what others have. In life, you cannot have all you want but you can have what you need, so you mist focus only on necessary things.

You need to retrain your mind from being discontented to being contented.
The reality of life is that no singular man can have it all. Therefore, the much nature brought your way,
learn to appreciate it and move on with a happy life while prospecting for the ones you
do not have but never to the detriment of humanity.People do not need to commit crime
just to have their obsessive needs satisfied. In the end, this temporary satisfaction may
give way to another mayhem due to the insatiable attitude of discontentment.

on my own observations I can say that we need to help the other people...when there are people who are grateful to you and when you feel that you have made someone's life easier or made someone happy, you become satisfied

Be thankful for everything you have now. If it’s food on the table or a place to sleep at night. You need to take the time out of your day and give thanks either out loud or in your mind for all the things you have. This simple task takes less than a minute and will have a dramatic impact on your current happiness.

You live here and now, and at the moment, you have everything you need for your happiness, why not enjoy it. When you do that, you spin your lucky car. more give, more you get back.
