That's good news, already got my tokens at EXODUS wallet ))) How did you transfer your tokens off the Salt platform? I am inside now and when I click 'withdraw Salt' it comes up with a warning saying 'Because SALT Memberships are a consumptive use product. It is required that you redeem at least a Base Membership in order to withdraw extra Memberships. SALT memberships offer a wide range of uses and benefits, and the cost of memberships is greatly reduced for a limited time!' What does this mean? It then asks if I want to 'redeem memberships', but I dont want to do that, I want to transfer them! Confused. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance! |

Thanks in advance! you need to essentially purchase a salt plan in order to withdraw your salt memberships. sucks that we weren't notified of this prior as now it diminishes the ROI. They're inflating their userbase essentially to have nice stats. |

But, I think it's smart.
The bigger the network is, the better.
One of the main reasons to do an ICO is to instantly build a massive network.
By forcing everyone who invested to get a basic membership the goal is achieved.

Sneaky? It's outright dishonest. No where in the terms and conditions was this mentioned at all. How are we supposed to recommend a company that doesn't disclose fees beforehand? That's lending basics 101. |

it's dishonest to the original investors yes - but i think long term for us, it may work to our advantage as it's a cheap marketing trick for us to invest into and also people that wanted to actually use the service will be able to use it now. I may even use it at some point depending on the lending rate when I need to borrow funds.

Been away for awhile, looking at my dashboard now. I see SALT tokens are being sold for $22.5. I thought the final price was going to be $10. I know there is not much trading yet on gatecoin, but last marks there are around $25. Heard rumor about "$15 tier" but haven't seen anything from Salt team. I thought the team was going to target a $10 token by issuing/burning coins. How can a token that costs $25 and purchases the same discounted lending rate as the supposed $10 price have the same economic value? I understand why they might trade at any price on the secondary market, but why is the token sale being continued at a price so much higher than the stated target? Have the terms of the discount changed. I haven't scoured every forum yet, but any answers/suggestions would be appreciated...

 They aren't 20 dollars on EtherDelta. About 6.50 cents worth of ETH. I'm curious about this as well. It is my intention to trade them, honestly, but I'm waiting till they hit larger volume exchanges. |

Because greed. First they announced that retail price will be 10$. Now it's being sold at 25$ a piece, someone is paying, why they will miss the chance of cash grab. Then heard that they will distribute tokens manually in 48 hrs window, then heard that tokens are on liqui/etherdelta selling below 4$. Apparently you can not ask any trade related questions on their telegram, they will ban you immediately. This is turning out like Decent token distribution. Announce that tokens will be distributed manually, let the team dump their tokens on market first, everyone else remains a bagholder. |

Bought some on Liqui before price goes to the moon, or no I also jumped in, was seriously considering the ICO but opted to wait for the free market, seems like a great team with a clear path forward (and yes, there can always be copycats but the team matters more IMO). Sorry to the ICO contributors who feel misled, I've been in that situation before and it's not a good feeling, I hope the devs can make it right for you all... |
