This is a good decision. Because if they are drafted in to the army, then the transgenders will ask for special privileges such as separate toilets for them. That's correct, it is strictly about transgender meaning surgical sex change, and whether that is a "right" and whether the military should accept those who have such surgeries.

Same can be said for anyone in the armed forces. They may have gone under thr lle knife but that doesn't make them any less than those people who want to serve their country. People would have to sacrifice a lot of things to be in the military and i think what's important is their willingness to serve.
