I guess it depends on what the real cost breakdown comes down to, that said I do agree that the taxpayer should not need to foot the bill of an individual's personal decisions in regards to gender whether it is for sex change surgery or related issues but should be funded out of pocket. Or by insurers if the costs are not significantly going to increase premiums.

That said I see no reason why it would impede military matters, other than perhaps needing a third bathroom in every base at the extreme, that said if it was a military unit it depends on if they can create cohesion and trust with their fellow soldiers on the battlefield so the real matter comes down to action in the end.

You are 100% correct. In the battlefield, a lot depends on the cohesion and trust. And that is why the previous policy of "don't ask, don't tell" worked so well. But Obama tried to become politically correct, and started admitting openly gay people in the army. Now when a soldier is battling against the ISIS or Al Qaeda, he needs to guard his rectum as well (from his fellow gay soldiers).

As far as I know, gay sex is recognized as such in Islam, only if the recipient sex partner is bearded. Sex between two bearded men is forbidden in Islam. But if a bearded guy is having sex with a boy who doesn't have a beard, then it is not considered as gay sex. Anyone without a beard is a female, as per the ISIS terminology.

I think trump did the right thing, joining the military should be for men who is strong willed and strong body soldiers besides i dont think LGBT people like to join the military. Being a soldier isn't some kind of a fantasy that you get to fight the enemy with rainbows and wands. Being a soldier and being on the battlefield is a cruel place where people hurt each other in the battlefield its either you shoot the guy or you stabbed him. People should understand that it is not easy to be a soldier cause it's not some kind of a TV drama it's reality.

I disagree with this comment, you can't just give the statement above without any other evidence to back it up. In my opinion Transgender people should be welcome to join the army as the army was built for people who love their country and if a person no matter the gender would want to sacrifice so much for the country then so be it. First question, Is GENDER requirements in serving military? I think it's not, as long as you are physically fit and you have the heart to serve them then there will be no problem. I agree. I don't understand what trump's issue is with genders and religions and nationalities but it doesn't really make sense. Men and women serve in the military and i don't see any reason why trans people can't do the same functions as men and women do.

If they really want to serve the country, then they can serve in the army. But they should not take out protest marches demanding separate washrooms for them. Imagine the cost of setting up a separate washroom for just one or two individuals.
