Something tells me that pool is misconfigured or underpowered.

Someone needs to make a reliable and fair GLDcoin pool. I would even set up a website for it.

I've been in that pool for 3 hours and haven't been paid once. Cgminer is showing that I am in the pool and I have a pretty good loss rate to boot.

If your shares aren't above the pool threshold while they will still be accepted, they will not count towards payout. After reading your posts I aimed my miner that way for a few minutes and payouts started almost straight away only using 500kh/s so not big power either
