Hey!

I wanted to know if it's still possible for me (500khash/s) to solo mine ? How long it takes to find a block with this hashrate ?

I want to know, because I always have issues while solo mining, and I never found a block of my life  Shocked But I want to see it works at least once  Sad

here's my gldcoin.conf :

testnet=0
listen=1

server=1
rpcuser=odd
rpcpassword=odd
rpcallowip=192.168.0.12
rpcport=8080
rpcconnect=127.0.0.1

is it good like this ?

thanks.

Want to know something else?

Due to the fact I am paying out GLDcoin to people who vote GLD in the poll,

it is making my mind more and more acquainted with writing GLD.

I don't know. My mind was defaulting to the word Bitcoin, but now GLD is starting to take over for me.

That can happen, if people get more and more involved and start doing things for GLDcoin Smiley

The more people do things for GLDcoin the more the GLDcoin community grows

I know what you mean.

just me while I repect your support for gldcoin please don't get it listed on other exchanges.

now I know little about computers, programming, or bitcoins so from time to time I ask noob questions

but I do know markets, its what i do.

volume is everything, it defines a bull or bear market. and doing a bit of research on these alt currencies its pretty clear listing on multi exchanges dries up vol and kills them.

just look at the coins with little trades on the exchanges, atm dispite fluctuations gldcoin has rather healthy trade volumes.

I agree, let's stay on cryptsy for a while.

Hey Guys, finally I managed to set up a P2Pool for GoldCoin on my Server

Its reachable through

crypto-coins.de:8909

As it is P2Pool, just use your Wallet Address as Username and a random Passwort

Example:

Code:
cgminer.exe --scrypt -u ECGDM4tiC3L6rM5eCKYg5foQG9uY7esTqL -p fghdfdgh -o crypto-coins.de:8909]

Fee is just 1%

All my Pools are running very very smooth. I have very satisfied users.

I just found the first Block after 5 Minutes of testing the Pool with my own Worker  Grin But now join me, to make Payout more regular
