I couldn't care less about that.. When I decide to spend 1 BTC on some alt, I don't care if I'd get 100 000 or 1000 of that alt. What I care is the value of BTC I've spent and potential of price rise and profit.
The only people that have problems with that are miners like you as they don't manage to get their big portion like they do in some other coins.

Good luck with the speculative investment. I'd warn you that most of these are massively inflationary and that nearly all speculators will lose money but ... you probably already knew that (!)

Cryptocurrency is nothing more but speculative game, even BTC.
I'm doing fine, thanks, and if I'd lose all it would still be what I've earned before.
So, I don't care what's premined, what's instamined and whatever else... as far as I'm concerned, btc is premined, instamined etc, etc.. I never mined anything from it so the feeling is same. So all I care in both BTC and alts is to catch as much bottoms and tops as I'm able to do. Or at least close to that.

And some people are buying at these rates , I mean gldcoin devs told me it will get better and worth whole lot and its so cheap we should buy , than this happens , i dont think this is fair , isnt this speculation by the devs of this coin? Well not much to do from now on , just wait and hope.

*sigh* Any coin, that starts with 10K super blocks, is doomed. There was way to much of it, way to quickly. And 500 coin block rewards? Come on, give me a break. Do you see any other coins, near the top, with large block rewards? Its over. Vern should have delisted it completely, so we wouldn't have to listen to the Cult of GLD anymore. If I had 2 BTC, I could literally, almost by every GLD coin in existence. It's ridiculous. It has nothing to do with difficulty. Even if Difficulty dropped to zero, it would not make GLd profitable to mine. It's doomed, cut your losses. FFS, GLD supporters, can't even answer a simple question like, "Where has the 2 million coin premine gone?" "Oh, atleast 500K was given away buy the Dev" That's nice, where is the other 1.5 million. "Oh, I think it was dumped on the market" Awesome, great coin and Dev you got there. And, now you people want to hard fork the coin? Your all insane. It's done. Drink the KoolAid, and get it over with.

GLD should be delisted whilst changes are in progress... but LTC exchange rate is a good change.

Well hopefully we will recover our loss , otherwise , it is a bad investment on our part , and it is a bad (almost scamlike) title for creaters and devs , and people will not believe whatever they will do next .

You are not at loss.. how long has it been 3 weeks since launch of GLD? and you expect to profit? Relax these things take time.. your investment can return x1000 or can lead to a complete loss.. you never know

You sound like you have invested50 btc ffs.. if you can't handle being .11btc in minus after day of purchase you really shouldn't trade at all. I bought 300k glds and still massively buying. More coins at cheaper price, better average entry. That never ever fails for future sells People who panic after price goes down after few hours are best source for buyers

First of all , I bought 3 days ago , secondly , I am known to freak out when satoshidice got 0.1 from me So what I am trying to say is , I wasnt expecting a GREAT return in couple of hours , but when the devs or creator of the coin says you should buy and the price goes down this much , that kinda sucks. If you are not gonna stay behind your coins worth , just stu.

It's often mistake, but it's often good one too. It's part of the game. The only thing I don't like about current gold situation is that it's obvious that people behind cryptsy are digitalcoin supporters and holders obviously, and I have a feeling they are making a climate to help digitalcoin price. I don't mind it as I hold DGC coin too but if that's the case, it would be awfully unprofessional thing. They are trying to justify moving GLD to LTC trading with volume and that's pretty ridiculous as it was most traded coin and kept their exchange active in it's first days. BTB had 1.5 BTC volume in last 7 days, and I alone traded 5 times of that of GLD, lol. Totally unfair to people but hey, the amount of corruption in crypto community is staggering anyway, nothing surprises me.

GLD is just scaring lot of people and the vicous attacks started from launch and havent stopped.

They killed GLD volume by moving it to LTC. People not buying as it is pain in the ass to change btc to ltc and people not selling because the buy offers are too low. But hey, they'll feel it on their fees income so let's see if it was a good move for them. GLD is just scaring lot of people and the vicous attacks started from launch and havent stopped. Nah, scaring is too big word, specially when it's connected to specific coin. People holding one coin are "scared" from all other coins. It just happened that GLD has biggest volume that made problems to DGC there, it could be any other coin on GLD place, same would happen. I first thought the reason of moving it was the price as they camouflaged it good by moving 2 other coins with similar price. I could understand that one. But then I saw moderators and admin there w@nking on DGC and justifying GLD moving to LTC with volume and stagnation, lol, so I figured out they are bullshitting and what was the real reason behind it.

Your assuming that the price will never go down below where you bought it. Knowing what price you bought it at, I can say that you bought it at one of the higher prices that were out there, however I can say, unless people leave this coin en masse, than you should be fine and the price will re rise. As the difficulty readjusts and the coin becomes harder to mine, while being used for more things, the price will rise again.
